**Overall:** for the price and functions, it is user friendly. Still learning the system, currently.

**Pros:** the cost and features are a good value for a mid-range to basic CRM data base.

**Cons:** The integration was a bit complicated, not much support. Still learning the system so, i can't speak to much yet.

**Alternatives Considered:** [DonorPerfect](https://www.capterra.com/p/2698/DonorPerfect-Fundraising-Software/) and [Salesforce Sales Cloud](https://www.capterra.com/p/61368/Salesforce/)

**Reasons for Choosing DonorDock:** Cost and a referral from Room In the Inn, Memphis.

"Not enough experience. "

**Overall:** NA

**Pros:** I haven't had much time to use it. I like that it can help me organize my contacts.

**Cons:** It is always difficult to start using new software and make it regular.

**Reasons for Choosing DonorDock:** cheaper and local
