November 12, 2024 5.0 It has been very easy to learn to use and show others. I also like how you can print the members' information and make it into a directory. This makes creating a directory for your church simple too! Pros I really like how simple it is to keep track of all of our members of the congregation. It is easy to add new members or take away when needed as well. Chmeetings has also made it so easy to keep track of members' tithings. I used to put them into an excel spreadsheet, but this is so much simpler! And when it comes to tax time, everything is all added up already and I just have to print them! Chmeetings has made keeping track of members and their information much easier! Cons I haven't found anything that I don't like yet. Software is useful for who are doing the church-related works. Pros As a person who take care of accounting and all donations at church, this app was helpful for me to keep on track. Not only to that, I had some questions on the customer teams, and they were willing to help me out, which I was impressed. They were fast and quick to help me out! I love the integrated accounting and appointment features. Definitely something that makes them stand out from the competition. Cons I don't like the worship/song tools available. If you are familiar with Planning Center, there is no official song library or Music Stand alternative app. I would like to see this added in the future. One thing I probably most appreciate is they are always actively releasing new updates to the software and readily embrace suggestions to improve the software wherever possible. Pros There are many things, but one would be the ease of use of the app builder, very intuitive. And love the feature of the app where members can see their own 'My Giving' report. Also I love the follow-ups feature to effectively monitor and ensure members are receiving the necessary attention with no-one being neglected. Cons I think the only thing missing to complete the package would be to offer a website too, but maybe with AI tech advancing then this could be introduced later. And I wish the images within the app stretched to the ends of the screen. would give a better appearance.
