It far outperforms any of its competitors for a reasonable price, and offers a great number of features. Pros is an excellent app; it offers a great breadth of resources and features at a fraction of the price of its competitors. Cons Getting started, there is quite a learning curve. Even following the given guides, it feels time-consuming and difficult. I am not sure that I will after the initial year, Pros Ease of Use is top-notch. Set up is a breeze. Being able to customize the app is helpful. The messaging feature is also helpful. The cost is reasonable. Cons After purchasing this product, I found churchTrack. As we get more familiar with it, our church is considering the addition of the personalized church app in the future. Pros has the ability to do so much. And if the ability isn't there, it gives the user the tools needed to create a system by which you can make whatever you need to do possible. Never have I seen a church management software with as much diversity and options as this one. Not to mention it makes navigating the software easy while at the same time not patronizing the user as if they were a child in need of a bib, nap, and a coddle. I feel confident in my ability to navigate the software and empowered to manage without the need for someone to hold my hand. And even if I did need further help, the customer service is responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I cannot recommend this product enough! Cons I haven't found anything negative yet, but I'm confident if I do, the team will address it right away because they seem ready to accept feedback and listen to their users. I usually try to figure things out for myself but when I need help, someone is always available, and they are wonderful. Pros I like the ease of using . I especially like the great customer service and quick responses when asking for assistance or asking questions. Cons I do not like every day beginning a new batch number, but that is because I only balance once a week. I will try to set the new batch number weekly and see how that goes. I do miss the fact when I close one batch on Monday it immediately goes to the next number in order (142 to 143). I'm a work in progress so I need to get used to the changes. November 12, 2024 5.0 It has been very easy to learn to use and show others. I also like how you can print the members' information and make it into a directory. This makes creating a directory for your church simple too! Pros I really like how simple it is to keep track of all of our members of the congregation. It is easy to add new members or take away when needed as well. has also made it so easy to keep track of members' tithings. I used to put them into an excel spreadsheet, but this is so much simpler! And when it comes to tax time, everything is all added up already and I just have to print them! Chmeetings has made keeping track of members and their information much easier! We didn't skip a beat transferring over from our previous platform, which was costing us over five times more.
