I could see quite quickly that it was a good match, and I found it easy to load up our congregation data and get running. Pros Just the right set of features for us, easy to learn and use. Flexible model, easy import / export. The development team is very responsive to suggestions, and the support team is knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. Cons I would have liked features for the congregation to login, but ... I see that they have just started adding features for this. (I haven't tried it yet.)
