We had to ensure we did contactless check in and their system provided an inexpensive quick answer. It has been extremely helpful to us and I have recommended it highly to my colleges. Pros The program allowed us to get signatures on waivers prior to check in so people could go right to their site and not have to stop at the office. It provides excellent data and has been a life saver for us this year. Cons Customization of the information that is required by them such as date of birth. Pay as used is a great feature with a very fair base starting price. Cons Frankly, knock on wood, I've yet to find something I need waiversign to do that it does not do. I hope it doesn't follow the industry trend of "hooking" you with great offers and then slowly increasing the price as you go, but for right now it's truly exactly what we needed. Received emails saying we weren’t paid when we were. Pros The pros about Waiversign is that It can be filled out online. Cons We need to have the option of the layout of the waivers such as font size, formatting of the dates, times, options etc, along with the ability for the customer to attach document such as drivers licenses, or other jpegs or png files. At this point anyone could fill in a “drivers license number” and we would not know if it was legitimate nor be able to compare signatures or have a picture of the person all of which are vital to these forms and ultimately our liability. Pros Pretty simple to use, which is important because I’m not a techie. Very happy with the customer support I got in the first 1-2 weeks, it was great. Cons No Cons. Some people (including myself) submitted two identical waivers. I did it because I was figuring out WaverSign, the other people may have had some glitch. April 16, 2019 5.0 We get more accurate email addresses for our guests (and a lot more of them) with WaiverSign. We get all the participant information generally well in advance of check-in. This allows us to sell more retail in our store since people aren't worried about signing waivers when they get there. We're saving a ton of time not having to re-enter all the participant information into our system. Plus, the system sets up a contact for each participant and you can see the history for each contact, plus overall demographic information, which is really nice. Pros Set up was a breeze. Customer service with WaiverSign is absolutely top notch. Anytime we need help with anything, they are always very friendly and helpful. Pricing is super simple. In eliminating all the printing, handling, organizing, data-entry, and storage from our old paper waivers, we're definitely saving money. And, it's so nice to eliminate the storage! The interface is very easy to use for us and our customers and guests. Signing and looking up signed waivers is really simple. The way that WaiverSign does signing for minors makes it really fast for families to sign all their documents. This is a huge plus! If you work with multiple locations or multiple documents, the system accommodates this really well. For those who don't sign in advance, WaiverSign has a really nice kiosk function. In fact, as I understand it, WaiverSign was just used by the NCAA at the Final Four Event where something like 50,000 people signed waivers in a just a few days. That tells you something about how well the kiosk works! Cons Can't think of anything that WaiverSign doesn't have that we don't need. April 16, 2019 5.0 We use WaiverSign in conjunction with the RESMARK reservation platform and the integration is excellent. We have a high volume of guests booking online and the Waiver system and reservation system both work together seamlessly to populate all our participant information and ensure all waivers are signed. We're getting a lot more quality emails in our database and the majority of guests have these signed before they arrive which makes check in super efficient. Pros The one thing WaiverSign does better than any software company I've ever worked with is their support. So easy to work with! Right from the start, they helped me get my waiver set up and looking great. The few questions I did have, they were able to answer with excellent solutions. These guys have worked in the industry, so have a lot of great feedback and experience. The product itself is incredibly easy to use, unlike other solutions I tried. Cons Currently the solution doesn't have every last feature that other waiver solutions might have, but it's more than sufficient for our tour business. November 7, 2022 4.0 Pros WaiverSign makes it easy to create, send and sign electronic documents such as waivers, liability forms and other legally binding contracts. It's an easy and affordable system to use. The assistance from customer service is fast and effecient. Cons Some businesses might find the limitations to the number of waivers you can send frustrating - but for my personal use it was sufficient. I also think that if I needed to have a variety of different documents set up and had to go through customer service each time, that might not be the most efficient way. We were able to set up multiple versions of waivers, and customers can easily access the waivers while in our store, or ahead of time via URL. We don't have to worry about the signing of waivers... WaiverSign just provides the service without worry. And WaiverSign is able to provide us with the best view of customer demographics of any of the software tools we use. Cons Not much. February 3, 2021 5.0 Overall, I am extremely happy with WaiverSign and so thankful I gave it a try! This year we are hoping to offer more events to our veterans and having WaiverSign will make it easier for participants to sign their waiver and my job will be a lot less frustrating, too. Pros Our organization provides recreational activities for veterans. In the past, we emailed waivers to veterans, asked them to print, sign and scan the waivers and then email it back to us. For some of our elderly veterans or those that didn't have a printer scanner at home this made it a big hassle for them and for us! I love how easily I can email a link and they can fill it out quickly with a smart phone, tablet or computer. I have only had one person need a little assistance with the form. With WaiverSign, I can see who has signed their waiver as soon as they complete it. Rarely do I have to send out a reminder for them to sign their waiver.....they complete within minutes of me sending it. So much easier than paper! Cons It would be great if the url link generated by WaiverSign was shorter. I use Bitly to shorten the url link and it works fine. Inexpensive, easy to use, and helpful staff. The users find it easy and not complicated to fill in forms and electronically sign a document. We are using the software for our clients to agree to our booking terms and also sign a liability release. Very happy about this software, everything functions as promised! Cons Not able to edit the first page. We ask the clients to agree on booking terms and conditions and the text on the page "Please select participants for whom you will be signing" we would like to change a bit and place a title like "Our Booking Terms and Conditions" above the line, but this is just a small detail, not very necessary. I'm able to send a single link to a custom consent form that I require from research participants. I'm able to easily download a PDF of their form and share it with my client for compliance purposes. Cons I had to work through a customer service rep to set up my text only form. And after the free trial, I couldn't find a link to sign up for the paid service. I also was unclear from the description about whether I could cancel my subscription at any time. That said, customer service quickly answered my questions via email, and sent me a link to get going fairly quickly. Pros We are a small school, but we do a lot of activities outside of our own campus. This means that we were juggling creating, collecting and curating hundreds of permission slips per year. We were so excited to move to an electronic only formation with WaiverSign. They were immensely helpful in getting us set up and ready to go. They are very responsive if you ever have a problem or question. Our staff and our parents are so thankful for an online interface that is easy to use. Thank you so much! Cons I would love to be able to clone permission slips, so that I can edit and just make a few small changes. We also sometimes to overnight trips, so it would be nice for the event parameters to allow for a range of dates, ie. a trip that goes for two to three days. Our situation is likely not very common. Pros Service is easy to set up and very user friendly. Cons I would like a custom redirect after user has completed waiver. This would save us a ton of cost as we have multiple waivers on file. We currently have every guest fill out both waivers to cut down the manpower needed to walk over to the waiver station and reload our website every few seconds. Cons I prefer to have the customers be able to 'sign' their waiver with their finger using their smart phone screen (instead of a generic digital signature) but for the price and ease of use, I'm very happy.
