Cons I've received feedback from my customers with issues loading the site and families filling out the paperwork incorrectly (writing parents name instead of minor's name). Due to Covid-19 we also needed a way to get some signed forms that was less expensive than some other programs we tried. Have appreciated waiversign as a way to make that happen. Cons It would help to have a way to export contact information in a specific date range. Reason for choosing WaiverSign being able to get a digital signature. Pros Ease of clients being able to sign intake forms-waivers Cons I didn't like that we couldn't seem to get my PDF forms in AS IS they all had to be modified and a couple seem to coincide with the same information. Used it last summer and will do it again this summer. Pros Used WaiverSign for photo releases and liability forms for a summer camp. Made it so much easier for parents to complete their waivers before drop off. I wasn't having to save & shuffle papers. Cons Wish there was a way to sort completed waivers by name. Their replies were prompt and clear. So far I am liking it! So much better than stacks of waivers to file and track. Pros I can monitor who or who has not signed their waivers and initiate contact. Cons I am 73 years old so some of the processes were intimidating and I had some problems establishing an account. Most of my "wounds" were self inflicted. Software functioning well. Pdfs were easily converted into signed documents without hassle. Cons With the initial trial period, a lot of features were locked. WaiverSign is built into a much larger reservation software called RESMARK. So when people sign up for a WaiverSign account, or do a WaiverSign free trial, they will get full access to ALL of WaiverSign, but will not have access to RESMARK. Collecting waivers online with WaiverSign has sped up our registration process tremendously and is more cost effective than waiting for the mail deliveries to come in. Pros The human customer service has been wonderfully responsive to get us set up as quickly as possible. The whole process of setup and use has been extremely efficient and has cost far less than I expected. Cons There is not any batch printing available.
