Pros
It's been a great company to work with. Customer service is always extremely helpful, and the software is very user-friendly.
I use Binary Fountain for my patient satisfaction surveys. It has been a great relationship and they are always finding ways to improve and provide better services.
User friendly, great layout on the website. I like getting the reminder emails as well.
Cons
There is no mobile app for convenient responding on the go and the interface is not mobile friendly. As a user you are stuck with the templated reports with very little wiggle room.
The mobile campaigns do not work for us and there was no flexibility in our contracts to remove this feature so we are stuck paying for something that isn't valuable to us.
I tend to email support each week to try and find a report that will show us what we want to see and exclude extra jargon that is unimportant for our use.
"Saving Time and Generating Positive Results for Healthcare Providers"
Overall: The customer service is top notch from the beginning of the process through the weekly support calls. I always know we have a back up if we ever have a question or concern.
Pros: There is a lot of functionality to the product. The number of reports that can be run is very helpful. In a matter of minutes, I can see where we may need some extra training in an office or a specialty. As a business tool, Binary Fountain is a huge time saver for us.
Cons: It would be very helpful if the tool would allow the user to toggle back and forth between reports and pages without jumping to the home page and reloading every time.

"Simple to use, but should have simpler reporting"
Overall: The service has been amazing from the staff. They have been extremely helpful from the beginning and are prompt to respond whenever we request support. The dashboard is very simple to view which reviews are pending, have or haven't been responded to.
Pros: It is very simple for our site staff to use because of the notifications to their email, the hierarchy for approving drafted responses, and the posting tool all being in one spot. We also greatly appreciate that we can respond to all review platforms from one dashboard.
Cons: I wish that the reporting was more obvious within the dashboard. To pull any sort of analytics, you have to choose between 16 different kinds of reports to download and then choose several parameters. Although its very dynamic, I would prefer quicker, simpler reporting to understand where our ratings are for each property at a glance.

Overall: It's a fine platform for five years ago. But they don't move as quickly with new features.
Pros: The volume of reviews it finds is fantastic. The email notification system works very well! And the alerts are very customizable!

"A useful tool"
Overall: I have been able to leverage the data that I found in binary fountain to make measureable change in my company's online reputation. The data at my fingertips has helped to elevate me within my company as an expert on the subject of online reviews. However, it is not without its headaches with things randomly breaking, needing to follow-up with customer support for issue resolution, and I'm disappointed that my account manager has not provided me with better strategic input and insight to help move things even further.
Pros: The ability to easily have insight into our overall online reputation for a company with locations around the country making it impossible to manually know everything being posted about us online. The statistics garnered from this software have enabled me to spearhead mesureable change in my company's online reputation.
Cons: It seems that things break a lot in the connections between data sources and the dashboard, there are inconsistencies in the data from day to day. Customer support isn't always the most helpful or quickest to respond with getting issues resolved. The mobile campaigns do not work for us and there was no flexibility in our contracts to remove this feature so we are stuck paying for something that isn't valuable to us.

"3 Years of Use"
Overall: Binary Fountain has helped us create a reputation management program at our large private practice. It's helped us provide measurable feedback to our physicians and team members.
Pros: It is nice to have all of the review feedback in one place. Once you get the swing of how to filter feedback and how to understand the default categories/reports, it is extremely insightful.
Cons: There is no listings management or auto-synching. When we have changes to locations or doctor addresses, we have to manually email individual URL's to BF to ensure we are seeing the feedback from those listings into the dashboard. The reports don't always show what we are looking for. It would almost be better for the default reports to be created based on the actual use case. I tend to email support each week to try and find a report that will show us what we want to see and exclude extra jargon that is unimportant for our use.
