### "Saving Time and Generating Positive Results for Healthcare Providers"

The customer service is top notch from the beginning of the process through the weekly support​ calls. I always know we have a back up if we ever have a question or concern.

Pros

There is a lot of functionality to the product. The number of reports that can be run is very helpful. In a matter of minutes, I can see where we may need some extra training in an office or a specialty. As a business tool, Binary Fountain is a ​huge time saver for us.

Cons

It would be very helpful if the tool would​ allow the user to toggle back and forth between reports and pages without jumping to the home page and reloading every time.

The focus on healthcare was the main reason, but we were also impressed with the Binary Fountain​ and RIO teams. They really helped us get the product up and running and were very focused on our success.

### "Simple to use, but should have simpler reporting"

The service has been amazing from the staff. They have been extremely helpful from the beginning and are prompt to respond whenever we request support. The dashboard is very simple to view which reviews are pending, have or haven't been responded to.

Pros

It is very simple for our site staff to use because of the notifications to their email, the hierarchy for approving drafted responses, and the posting tool all being in one spot. We also greatly appreciate that we can respond to all review platforms from one dashboard.

Cons

I wish that the reporting was more obvious within the dashboard. To pull any sort of analytics, you have to choose between 16 different kinds of reports to download and then choose several parameters. Although its very dynamic, I would prefer quicker, simpler reporting to understand where our ratings are for each property at a glance.

### "It works, it's just not great."

It's a fine platform for five years ago. But they don't move as quickly with new features.

Pros

The volume of reviews it finds is fantastic. The email notification system works very well! And the alerts are very customizable!

Cons

Binary is getting left behind by their competitors. There is no mobile app for convenient responding on the go and the interface is not mobile friendly. As a user you are stuck with the templated reports with very little wiggle room.

### "A useful tool"

I have been able to leverage the data that I found in binary fountain to make measureable change in my company's online reputation. The data at my fingertips has helped to elevate me within my company as an expert on the subject of online reviews. However, it is not without its headaches with things randomly breaking, needing to follow-up with customer support for issue resolution, and I'm disappointed that my account manager has not provided me with better strategic input and insight to help move things even further.

Pros

The ability to easily have insight into our overall online reputation for a company with locations around the country making it impossible to manually know everything being posted about us online. The statistics garnered from this software have enabled me to spearhead mesureable change in my company's online reputation.

Cons

It seems that things break a lot in the connections between data sources and the dashboard, there are inconsistencies in the data from day to day. Customer support isn't always the most helpful or quickest to respond with getting issues resolved. The mobile campaigns do not work for us and there was no flexibility in our contracts to remove this feature so we are stuck paying for something that isn't valuable to us.

### "3 Years of Use"

Binary Fountain has helped us create a reputation management program at our large private practice. It's helped us provide measurable feedback to our physicians and team members.

Pros

It is nice to have all of the review feedback in one place. Once you get the swing of how to filter feedback and how to understand the default categories/reports, it is extremely insightful.

Cons

There is no listings management or auto-synching. When we have changes to locations or doctor addresses, we have to manually email individual URL's to BF to ensure we are seeing the feedback from those listings into the dashboard. The reports don't always show what we are looking for. It would almost be better for the default reports to be created based on the actual use case. I tend to email support each week to try and find a report that will show us what we want to see and exclude extra jargon that is unimportant for our use.

### "Honest Review on Binary Fountain"

This is a great tool IF you have all your ducks in a row first (i.e. all your business' sites claimed, updated, etc) This has been a great challenge for my business to fully utilize Binary Fountain. The recent customer service experience has improved to excellent.

Pros

The software is easy to use and very intuitive. My team and I have trained on this system, and almost all trainees pick it up quickly!

Cons

The reports are a little hard to navigate, and the filters don't always match up to what my team is looking for. Our customer service representative is always ready to direct us to the report closest to what we're looking for though. Customizable reports on the platform would be helpful!

### "Easy to learn, hard to master"

I like being able to see feedback for our multiple locations and run reports to identify trends. I do run into many issues and although they ultimately get resolved, I have to spend more time than I want describing my problems to customer service.

Pros

I like Binary Fountain because it organizes feedback across all review sites and allows me to send out my own surveys and testimonials and track the results. I like the various reporting tools and the support team is quick to reply.

Cons

There are many flaws in the system and I have to spend a lot of time with customer support to resolve the issue. Some features do not work as well as they could and they charge for every additional feature you may want to use.

### "Great potential, takes time to get fully implemented"

Overall experience has been fine. The team is great to work with, biggest problem was not enough communication before the start for their team to understand what we needed so implementation was bumpy and took much longer than expected. We use the software in several different ways, to track social media ratings and reviews and respond to them, for our patient surveys and testimonials and to track trends on all types of issues across the cycles of our business.

Pros

Once implemented properly with all the correct information the system is easy to use and gives great information that we truly use to make business decisions based on feedback from our patients.

Cons

The implementation was tough. What you put in is what you get out so spending the time to ensure that it's correct and presented in the way you need for your business can be time consuming but once complete is mainly worth the effort.

Pros

It is a great platform that is easy to use for all of our community managers and it makes reviewing and responding to customer reviews easy and in one place, eliminating the need to log into different review sites to respond. They have also helped us with SSO so all users can easily log into the software and analytics are quite robust and easy to view.

Cons

Sometimes the service team can be a bit slow to respond to tickets.

Binary Fountain offers affordable, flexible and carte blanche reputation management solutions that allow for a complete and holistic approach to monitoring and improving our company's online reputation.

Pros

We love their reputation scoring system which factors in ratings and listing completeness across a multitude of online databases to really show us how our properties are being perceived. We love the option to pick and choose what reputation products we want, without having to sign on for everything!

Cons

Nothing at the moment comes to mind at the moment, we're pretty happy with how Binary Fountain is functioning for us!

We are much better able to manage our online presence. This is saving our marketing department (of 1 employee) time and ability to manage multiple sites in one location while also helping us communicate back to patients the quality of the work we do at our organization.

Pros

The Binary Fountain Tools are easy to use. All of the information we need to manage our online presence is in one location and we certainly have seen a good return on investment.

Cons

A few of the reports took a little time to troubleshoot and get set up, but customer service was helpful and it all works well now.
