"Ninja One - The Answer to MSP Issues"

**Overall:** Ninja has been the answer to all our problems as an MSP. Originally we went with Atera for our primary RMM software, however we found some certain core fundamental features to be extremely painful (Script running, Remote Access, Patching, reliability etc.) hence the decision to move. In comes Ninja. Ninja nails all the fundamentals perfectly, and then you get onto the more advanced features which are all thoughtful changes with MSP's pains are the forefront of their decisions. Every member of the team I've worked with have been golden too (Special shoutout to \[sensitive content hidden\] for managing our account!).

**Pros:** Ninja has changed our business' ability to remotely support our clients with it's speed, reliability and functionalities. Ninja really focuses on the core functions of an RMM tools and has worked with care to perfect the day to day things, and as people in the MSP space know every second counts. On top of this, the account management from \[sensitive content hidden\] has been superb. She's made sure we have regular check ins on a consistent basis and has gone beyond the scope of an account manager many times by drilling further into our businesses success and offering advice and materials to further the growth of our business. All in all, a fantastic product with fantastic support to go along with it.

**Cons:** So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about the product majorly. A lot of the areas I may have difficulty with are merely just learning curves on my part.

**Switched From:** [Atera](https://www.capterra.com/p/144309/Atera/)

**Reasons for Switching to NinjaOne:** Atera failed to meet the minimum standards of what we expected from an RMM solution, and was convoluted unnecessarily at times.

"Simplifying IT Oversight with NinjaRMM"

**Overall:** Overall, super happy and impressed. We tried both N-Able and Ninja, and it was a clear winner. Their support has been great, and our account executive is also really knowledgeable. If we can't figure it out via the dojo docs, we've always been given clear instructions via their support team.

**Pros:** Overall, the user interface is clean, informative and modern. You are able to easily navigate between organizations. Profile management is easy and allows you to categorize systems by location (and apply a policy at a location level). Having a single pane of glass to review each morning saves a significant amount of time and allows me to be proactive in letting my end users know where troubles are, rather than having them report - helps show the value of purchasing the services from me.

**Cons:** The backup features are getting better, but there are still some rough patches (for us at least). I'd like the opportunity to back up to a cloud provider (and storage target of my choice), as well as the ability to back up hardware devices. I have a few clients that have NAS's on their network, however I really don't have a great way of backing them up (apart from replicating the data to a local machine). This works for some of the smaller data stores, but not the larger ones.

**Alternatives Considered:** [MSP Manager](https://www.capterra.com/p/242257/MSP-Manager/)

**Reasons for Choosing NinjaOne:** Solely the UI - while they have a lot of overlaps in the feature set, MSP manager looked (to us) like something out of the early 2000's. The look and feel of NinjaOne is modern and intuitive.
