Pros

Le produit est simple d'utilisation. La plateforme cloud qui héberge la solution est réactive. NinjaRMM est un outil bien optimisé !

Cons

Toutes les fonctionnalitées ont été mises à l'épreuve, et se sont intégrées parfaitement dans les parcs informatique de nos clients.

That it is easy to use and deploy. Makes it easy to train Technicians and have them helping clients right away

Cons

The only con i've had with ninja is some of the roadmaps items havent added up but in any development life cycle that happens

### "Ninja RMM Trial Experience "

Overall it wasn’t for us and we just did the trial. It did some things well but we weren’t convinced it wasn’t for us.

Pros

Had some nice reporting and built in tasks and commands. Liked the 3rd party updates and windows updates.

Cons

Had to use a 3rd party tool for remote control like splashtop or teamviewer. They provide license but still is not like what others offer. Can’t maintain your own catalog of 3rd party updates with versioning but have to do piecemeal installers.

It's made my job 100% easier managing all my customer devices remotely.

Pros

It's super easy to use and just makes sense! You don't need to take some online university courses just to use it. They did an amazing job and continue to improve it. Also, support is stellar as always.

Cons

No cons really. Like I said it is really easy to use and haven't had any issues. If I have to come up with a con though, it's that there is no billing portal.

### "Great, simple RMM for small shops"

I started using Nina RMM about 4 months ago. It's been a good process getting set up on it. While there are a few things missing from the platform (third party patching, decent Mac agent, Mac TeamViewer integration), by and large the software has performed quite well for a monitoring and scripting platform. I am excited to see future releases and what features are added next.

Pros

Up front costs, easy to understand UI

Cons

No maintenance mode to disable alerts during maintenance windows, current built-in AV is weak (Vipre)

Pros

It allows me to do absolutely anything I need remotely as long as the computer has an internet connection and can boot.

Cons

I dislike not being able to have a branded login page with our own logo at a sub-domain, as well as being able to brand our dashboard.

When I used this tool at my last job, navigating through NinjaRMM/NinjaOne was a breeze and very intuitive. Deploying agents was easy and also installs anti-virus.

Cons

Rarely happens, but uninstalling the NinjaRMM/NinjaOne is a nightmare.

None. We choose not to use this software as it didn't do what we wanted it to do.

Pros

I like the overall look of the user interface and it is quick and speedy. Installs quickly without much delay, provides good information about computer specs.

Cons

Hard to figure out how it works. Uninstall option simply didn't work. RMM software installs NOT in the system tray. Patching is a joke. You cannot block patches easily, its either all of a cateory, ALL or none. User interface navigation is terrible. Was completely unable to figure out how scripting works. No native remote control. Not enough options. We have been using Kaseya for 5+ years and it is so much better and easier to use.

Overall I would recommend it to other people. No complaints.

Pros

I think NinjaRMM is one of the better RMM out there in the market. They are simple and easy to use and have some nice features.

Cons

Nothing really major to say. Overall it has been really. Maybe the only thing I would say is better UI.
