### "NinjaOne is the RMM for You!"

May 4, 2026

5.0

I have been working with Ninja since their inception, bringing them into both of my organizations. When I switched to 10 years ago and it has been a game-changer for our small IT team. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate compared to our previous RMM. Patch management is reliable and automated, remote access is lightning fast, and the scripting/automation features have saved us dozens of hours. Alerts are accurate with very few false positives, and their support team has been excellent. Every ticket we’ve opened was resolved quickly. Overall, NinjaOne has significantly improved our efficiency and given us much better visibility and control over our clients’ environments. Highly recommend it.

Pros

is the Best Value for your Dollar RMM Service out there. The Dashboard is easy to Navigate. Using Ninja saves me hours of time a week. We use it for everything from Fixing issues behind the scenes to Remote Access of Devices.

Cons

The honest truth, my one issue is the mobile App functionality, but how much do you expect to be able to do from your Phone.

### "Everything you need, nothing you dont, that all works reliably and affordably"

MSPs have a litany of responsibilities in today's online ecosystem. Artificial intelligence, cloud native SaaS, etc. Our scope can is greatly dynamic from not just client to client but within each clients environment. makes many tasks, especially remote management, patching, and backup a snap! The GUI is granular for experienced IT professionals to appreciate, yet not being so overwhelming that new talent can dive right in to the environment. The value proposition is also excellent. Tiered and a la carte pricing that is perfectly centered, makes it an instant high tier consideration. There is room to either profit from offering services or reduce or eliminate and markup and propose greater value to clients. A great tool. Seeing the team over at Ninja be in a constant state of development is also a great sign. With regular feature improvements, additions, there is no looming worry of whether or not this tool is staying at the edge, where it should be. Integration with other solutions such as BitDefender Gravity Zone, and some other 3rd party direct integrations are a literal toggle to setup and deploy. Backup is now offered natively with NinjaOne and we have had no issues with its reliability, compatibility, or immutability. ### Proposed Corrections 1. \*\*“Our scope can is greatly dynamic”\*\* → “Our scope is greatly dynamic” 2. \*\*“within each clients environment”\*\* → “within each client’s environment” 3. \*\*“Tiered and a la carte pricing that is perfectly centered, makes it”\*\* → “Tiered and a la carte pricing that is perfectly centered makes it” 4. \*\*“BitDefender Gravity Zone”\*\* → “Bitdefender GravityZone” 5. \*\*“3rd party”\*\* → “third-party” 6. \*\*“Its simply a great product”\*\* → “It’s simply a great product” 7. \*\*“doesnt”\*\* → “doesn’t” 8. It’s simply a great product that doesn’t get lost in trying to be every single product from every other vendor. Pros

makes complex MSP responsibilities much easier to manage, especially with remote monitoring, patching, and backups. Its interface strikes a great balance, powerful and detailed for experienced IT professionals, while still being approachable for newer team members. The platform’s flexible, tiered pricing adds strong value, making it easy to either increase service profitability or pass savings on to clients. Overall it’s a well rounded solution that fits a wide range of IT environments.

Cons

I would like to see more integrations. EDR would be great. Otherwise no complaints and we have had great experiences with Ninja. Any issues we have found or ran into, were all user error or interface confusion. All of which were addressed and many things changed for us by Ninja. The Cons are minor. We are glad that integrations are slow to expand because we know that they are making sure new integrations work flawlessly. Thats a good thing.

Reason for choosing NinjaOne

We currently have Ninja deployed. We have not decided if we want to migrate. Ninja has served us VERY well. It would be hard to get us to pull away from them. However there are some points that we would like to have under one roof. Ninjas Backup needs to be more granular. Backup of VMs is clunky, and RPO isnt as granular as we would like. No EDR is a consideration as well.

### "NinjaOne will make you the Sensei of your own Dojo"

March 3, 2026

5.0

I love . This was one of the best decision to move to this platform! The customization and freedom that we have over this tool is fantastic. Compared to it's competitors, it is not as rigid and allows for some very easy use. Automation is prevalent in this field and NinjaOne allows for us to explore this with no limits.

Pros

The customization that can be done through is endless! This is the absolute all-in-one IT management tool. Their built-in remote access tool (Ninja Remote) and screen monitoring is a welcomed addition over competitors and it functions very well. Set up is very easy and straight forward and can be tailored to how you want it to function, for a multitude of locations, clients, organizations, etc. Their customer support is also top notch. Submitting support tickets call all be done directly from the main dashboard and their documentation (Dojo) is easy to navigate and has plenty of resources.

Cons

Some parts of the tool rely on functionalities/apps, whether you actively use them or not. In order to use custom fields, it needs to have the Documentation app enabled in order to function properly. We do not use their documentation app, so there are fields that sit blank.

### "Reliable RMM That Actually Delivers"

May 7, 2026

5.0

The thing about is that it’s been that kind of solution where everyone goes about their day because it gets the work done, which is what an RMM should be able to do. The onboarding was a bit of a pain but it got better once things started falling into place. All in all, it's something I would recommend to anyone.

Pros

has truly made endpoint management easier. The dashboard provides all the information needed, and it does not feel overwhelming at all. Patching and remote access both work effectively, and this may seem simple, but this is something that few products can achieve. It allows us to save a lot of time that would otherwise be wasted on communication.

Cons

While the initial configuration and setup process may require some more effort than anticipated, particularly while setting up policies and automation, the documentation is fairly good, though one may have to do a bit of digging at times. Not deal breakers by any means, but something to consider nonetheless.

### "Powerful, Simple, and Reliable RMM with Excellent Remote Access"

April 24, 2026

5.0

Overall, is a highly capable and user-friendly RMM platform that strikes a strong balance between simplicity and performance. It excels in core areas like ease of deployment, intuitive interface design, reliable automation, and responsive customer support. These strengths make it especially appealing for IT teams looking to streamline operations without dealing with overly complex systems.

Pros

One of the standout strengths of is its simplicity combined with powerful functionality. The platform is incredibly easy to deploy and manage, making it accessible even for teams without deep RMM experience. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and responsive, which significantly reduces the learning curve and allows technicians to become productive quickly. remote access is one of its strongest and most practical features, especially for IT teams managing distributed users or multiple endpoints. The platform provides fast, reliable connections that allow technicians to troubleshoot issues in real time without needing to be physically present. Many users highlight how smooth and responsive the remote sessions are, which makes day-to-day support significantly more efficient.

Cons

While is a strong platform overall, there are a few areas where it can fall short. One of the most common drawbacks is its reporting capabilities. Although the built-in reports cover basic needs, they can feel somewhat limited in customization and depth, especially for organizations that require highly detailed or client-facing reports.

### "Almost perfect"

March 9, 2026

5.0

RMM provides a very direct and productive IT management experience, particularly for the teams who like simple tools, quick set, up, and trustworthy automation. People like the straightforward look and the natural way the tasks are designed, which helps to make monitoring, remote access, patching, and other tasks very easy even when the number of computers to be maintained is very big. The great usability and timely help are very much appreciated aspects and are seen as a means for IT teams to be able to tackle the problems fast and lessen their working hours.

Pros

The agent is very light and can be installed effortlessly by Intune or whichever way you like your organization. The user interface is clear and user, friendly, so monitoring devices, running scripts, software deployments and checking alerts can all be done very simply, without having to search through menus.

Cons

While the limited customization options and complicated policy enforcement can make things a bit confusing, the alerting system and filtering capabilities definitely need to be improved for more effective monitoring. But really, it's not a terrible lineup, it just needs a few adjustments.

### "Really good cost efficient RMM tool for Windows & macOS devices"

April 17, 2026

5.0

Overall is a really cost efficient RMM solution for you to monitor and manage either your Windows or macOS devices. Patching works well and the device insights is super helpful for troubleshooting issues. It offers a native remote support tool so you can do everything from within the NinjaOne platform. Scheduling automations, tasks, and alerts is a huge plus as well

Pros

Patch management of Windows and macOS devices is really good. It covers operating system and 3rd party apps and is pretty granular with how you can schedule patches. The device management is great as well as it pulls in so much information from the device to help with troubleshoot such as running processes, installed apps, hardware specs, last reboot, activity, etc. It's also great that you can send commands directly to a device in the background. Setting up device monitoring alerts is good. I have alerts to notify me when devices are running low on space or when apps get installed or removed. You can schedule scripts and tasks to run as well.

Cons

The UI is borderline what you consider "modern" but its still okay as an admin to navigate and configure stuff. The 3rd party list of natively supported apps could be better.

### "NinjaOne in Action: Strengths, Weaknesses, and Real-World Results"

September 3, 2025

3.0

Overall, is a good product but has the potential to be better. Its fairly young product in design but should the team listen to feedback, it can be greatly improved. When I customized it for my organization at the time, I had it working closely to where I wanted it and I received great feedback for it.

Pros

I loved that has both ticketing and RMM built into one product. It was very convenient to be assisting an end users and be able to remote into their device effortlessly from NinjaOne. Also, patch management and remote monitoring was a huge plus.

Cons

Because was so new, there were features that I was previously accustomed to in other pieces of software. One feature I used heavily was the round robin feature for ticketing. NinjaOne didn't utilize that as they relied on automation.

### "Be the Sensei to your clients with Ninja"

September 9, 2025

5.0

From day 1, the setup was easy, the interface intuitive and we are taking advantage of the automation more and more. Even Ninja Remote is far superior to TeamViewer.

Pros

is the tool we use on a daily basis to stay on top of all issues relating to our MSP business in regards to our clients.

Cons

The cost can add up, but we more than make it up in saved time and of course, this is covered by our monthly plans. I did wish we could reset some of the alerts, especially on computers that have been offline for a while.

### "I Finally Feel In Control With Wallboards!"

February 26, 2026

5.0

I have loved my time using , NinjaOne has provided a remote solution I can use to monitor the health of our wallboards, deploy mandatory software updates to wallboards in different buildings at the push of a button, and allows me to troubleshoot issues with our wallboards remotely. NinjaOne has finally made me feel in control when it comes to monitoring and troubleshooting wallboards, it is a great product I highly recommend.

Pros

is a great tool that I use daily in IT in order to screen monitor, deploy software updates and the latest patches to wallboards within the business, as well as giving me the ability to remote reboot the wallboards in the event they aren't working / need a restart for update purposes.

Cons

The thing I like the least about is the limited reporting customisation within NinjaOne, and there is quite a steep learning curve to fully understand the user interface as it is quite complex. This isn't a big issue as once you learn the user interface you appreciate the benefits NinjaOne brings.

September 11, 2025

5.0

Great! It helps me and my team manage the health of remote machines, administer software, fix issues, track/log problems, and report on the overall well-being of the company's infrastructure.

Pros

Ease of use, all of the functionality it offers, allows me to manage multiple sites for customer support, the dashboard allows me to identify and address problems promptly, and ticketing helps log and track end users primary issues.

Cons

### "One hell of a RMM SaaS utility"

5.0

Pros

Pricing, Support, Ease of Use, Platform View, Management. The Platform has been the easiest RMM utility I've used in the past few years. We've switched from another provider for archaic, old layouts and limited scripting abilities.

Cons

Pros

Customer support is great but the community around the tool is even greater. I enjoy the dashboard and how many tools they've added into the platform. It has been extremely easy to remotely manage any computer added to the platform.

Cons

### "Positive experience with NinjaOne"

September 9, 2025

My experience with has been positive. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and streamlines device management, monitoring, and patching in a way that saves significant time. It’s efficient, easy to navigate, and backed by responsive support when needed.

Pros

Its intuitive interface and ease of use, which makes managing endpoints and tickets very efficient. The automation and remote monitoring tools save a significant amount of time, allowing issues to be resolved proactively before they become bigger problems.

Cons

5.0

Overall, has been a really solid RMM tool. It saves a lot of time on day-to-day tasks and makes it easy to keep everything updated and healthy. It feels reliable, and it’s taken a lot of stress out of managing multiple systems.

Pros

I really like how simple is to use. The interface is clean, and it doesn’t take long to get the hang of it. The automation is a big time-saver — patching, scripts, and software installs just run smoothly in the background. I also appreciate how stable the remote access is, and their support team is genuinely helpful when you need them.

Cons
