Pros What I like most about Port TMS is the dozens of integrations we get to utilize to carrier partners, pricing partners, load board partners, and our accounting system. Cons Some workflows/views could be tidied up, but I will say improvements to the workflow have been made on a monthly basis it seems. I also loved how I felt I could hire someone young who has no experience in the logistics world and they could build a load in a matter of 30 mins. I also really liked how flexible the cost and bang I get for my money spent is beyond valuable. Customer service is amazing too. So far everything I have needed help with has been fixed within 2 hours MAX! Cons Still a growing system. So the updates and having to learn what is new with the software is semi a pain but I also enjoy those updates because that means they are making my system better for my company!
