"Excellent Product and Service for the Price"

Overall: We are a small non-profit run entirely by volunteers but I feel like I get the same level of service that a large for-profit company with paid staff would get. We picked CoreAchieve because they have a product that I could learn to use with support from the CoreAchieve staff and their resources without extensive experience or training with other products. I worked with the same person from the very beginning through the entire set up process. When looking at other learning management systems, I often met with sales people who didn't really know the features or how their LMS worked. From our very first meeting, [sensitive content hidden]was able to show me all the features, and most important, how to use those features to meet the needs of our organization. She was also aware of our budget limitations. She was available for questions as needed. If there was anything she could not answer, she connected me to the people who could and they followed-up quickly. I am a big fan because of both the quality of the product and the employees who helped us develop the best possible experience for our learners.

Pros: This platform has many features that met our needs. The customer service and support has been outstanding. The pricing is very reasonable.

Cons: It took me a little while to learn the system, but CoreAchieve staff helped me whenever I asked.

"Logiciel de LMS "

Pros: C'est un super produit de LMS que j'apprécie beaucoup et j'ai utilisé. Je suis très satisfait grâce à ces fonctionnalités

"CoreAchieve is the best. "

Overall: I did a lot of research finding an LMS and Core was the best by far, I am so happy I found it.

Pros: Ease of use and security. In the education business, security is a top concern.

Cons: Tracking does not work if you do not have mandatory classes.

"Friendly to all user types"

Overall: My over all experience has been fantastic. I have actually enjoyed working with them.

Pros: Customer service ranked highest for our team. Not only have we received great customer service we have developed a relationship. I feel very comfortable being honest about our organization's needs and my lack of software knowledge of how to go about achieving them. CoreAchieve has been very responsive, supportive, and eager to make their product work as our product. It is critical for our customer relationships to have great a software experience for them as well!

Cons: Every now and then I come across a small stumbling block such as line spacing. Something really insignificant like that. Again, one question to customer service and the solution is either explained (because I did not understand) or fixed.

Reasons for Choosing CoreAchieve: We are a nonprofit so pricing was first, then customer service.
