After paying for the software, the service has been a complete failure from start to finish. - No Purchase Confirmation: After submitting payment, I received no confirmation email, no receipt, and no account details. I had to proactively chase them to get any information. Invalid License Keys: After contacting support on WhatsApp, I was eventually sent license keys that did not work. Complete Lack of Support: After reporting these issues, the support team has completely ghosted me. They are no longer responding to my follow-up messages on WhatsApp or any other channel. I have been left with a non-functional product that I paid for, and the company has made no effort to resolve the situation or provide a refund. They touted a 100% inbox rate for emails on their website, but after making the purchase, I was informed that my emails were likely to end up in the spam folder despite them stating otherwise earlier. This discrepancy made me feel misled and disappointed, as it was clearly a case of false commitments and misleading information.I tried their SMTP service, hoping it would resolve the issue, but it turned out to be completely ineffective. To my dismay, all my emails were flagged as spam, rendering the service useless. Seeking assistance, I reached out to \[sensitive content hidden\] for support, but I was met with minimal responsiveness. Despite sending numerous messages, I received only one reply that failed to adequately address my concerns, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated.Adding to my frustration, before the purchase, they assured me that they would configure the service with Sendblaster, but after the transaction, they refused to fulfill this commitment. This left me feeling deceived and unsatisfied with their service.Overall, both personally and professionally, this has been one of the worst service experiences I've encountered.
