So I cancel my subscription and resubscribe when I need to. Doesn't sound bad right. Wrong! This company charges you on your next billing cycle for the months you cancel. So understand, you can cancel and will not be charge, but they charge you for the months you didn't use their service. Imagine cancel your Netflix subscription for a year, and then you want to resubscribe and Netflix bill you for for the months you cancel your account. Then he told me that we charge you for a service of just being a user. What! Make that make sense please. RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN from this company! I'm letting everyone know, so if they get a billed like mine. Oh and don't expect a refund, because you were paying for a service of just being a user in their database.
