Liine is a great business and they provide a great product, as well as exceptional customer service. Many of our clients and our internal team constantly have questions regarding how to set up or use the software and they are always quick to answer or help troubleshoot.

Pros

Liine is a great business development tool for practices who are focusing on improving lead performance, conversion rates, customer service, etc. Since most of the software is automated, it saves the practice time, which I know is a big deal for many busy, small businesses. I haven't seen a similar product that is as accessible in the market as Liine is.

Cons

Since the product is so unique, there is a learning curve. Most of our customers are not great with technology in general, so it becomes difficult for them to learn and understand the software and how to properly use it so they can receive the maximum benefits from it.

It's been a great experience, I have finally mastered how to streamline our calls and use the system efficiently.

LIINE has been an incredible asset to our practice. It delivers excellent value for money, providing powerful tools that more than pay for themselves. The ease of use is impressive, our team was able to get up and running quickly with minimal training. Security is clearly a priority, giving us peace of mind when handling sensitive patient data. Call management is seamless, helping us capture every opportunity and never miss an important lead. Their patient management features make follow-ups smooth and efficient, while the lead generation tools have noticeably increased new patient inquiries. The website and landing pages are professionally designed and highly effective at converting visitors into patients. Plus, their feedback tools help us continually improve our service and patient experience. LIINE is a game-changer, highly recommend!

Cons

There are a lot of reports to familiarize yourself with. But once you learn, it is easy. Also, You have to really know what you want configured. Your phone tech's will need to learn what LIINE captures and how to direct incoming calls.

Liine has been extremely helpful in running our practice. We use these numbers weekly to gauge our patient leads and how they come in. I particularly like being able to hear the calls and using it as a tool to help our admin team as well.

There are no cons this software has been very helpful. We use these numbers in our scorecard every week.

Absolutely love it! The Liine team is extremely supportive. It is most helpful to have all the analytical data in one place. Liine is always looking to improve and add integrations of vendors to it's platform.

Pros

Analytical data tells you where you need the most improvement and provides invaluable KPIs for daily operations. Track your marketing ROI so you are spending dollars on expenses the matter most.

Cons

I would like to default the timeframe to current month. Currently, it defaults to last week. At some point, I would also like to see future appointments booked for the month and quarter.

Excellent! The online platform is outstanding and provides useful data in real time. The Liine Team has always been very responsive to any question I had and has provided a timely response.

Pros

The ability to see where our new patient leads are coming from. This helps us see ROI for all our marketing and helps us focus future marketing campaigns to get the most from our marketing spend.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. The platform is easy to use and I can customize reports in any way to see the data I need. Liine sends me a weekly summary as well so any problem areas can be identified quickly.

Wow! What can I say. Liine is the best tech platform i've ever worked with. Their customer support team is always available, and goes above and beyond. I am really impressed with the platform and the data it provides, and our large MSO organization relies on Liine to make critical decisions for our business. I would highly recommend Liine.

Overall, it is a very useful platform, and it has lots of pros just as it has its cones, But the software does help a lot with the flow of the office.

Pros

So far, this software has been helping the office locate and see miss calls and also it helps with knowing if the patient is a new patient or existing.

Cons

That it does not allow text messages. As well the only thing i can add it would be useful for patients to state if the appointment is for cleaning or for a consult

Some calls do not get recorded, so whenever we need to look back at an important call if it is not a new lead then it sometimes is not in liine.

We would love the ability to an admin access to make changes in the patient form submissions when they have been filled out incorrectly. (Wrong department, etc)

I love liine and I hope we will stay with them forever and continue to grow our company while using them. I will definitely keep using it to monitor and track our numbers of new patient leads vs patients who booked. I will always monitor the reason we were not successful booking some patients and having the ability to access that information will always be needed.

Pros

Before liine I struggled with keeping up with all the data that comes through our office. We tried spreadsheets with all the new patients leads that called us, a spreadsheet of course requires manual labor and only slows you down. My favorite feature of liine is I do not need to do any additional work now and I still get all the data and resources at my fingertips as the data is being retrieved with AI. They also have an amazing team that is quick at responding to you via email or liine chat support.

Cons

I truly don't have anything that I am dissatisfied with through liine. If I had to nitpick it would maybe be on the form flow page where you have the ability to manually add a patient in, it is not as aesthetically pleasing as the rest of the website! But it is not an issue at all and it is still very easy to use!

Liine has provided actual DATA that we simply did not have before. The reporting feature has helped us make business decisions like figuring out how much money to allocate towards our marketing spend each month and which employees need more phone training The access to call recordings have given us MAJOR insight as to what is happening on the phone! ( this is what initially peaked our curiosity in the first place) Our conversion rates used to be around 30% but are now 65%-70% after using the sales scripting they provide. However, in my opinion the automated lead management part has probably been the most helpful tool...before we had Liine we were not getting back to important new lead inquires in a timely manner. Customer inquires were going to multiple different places and it was very hard to keep track of it all. With the Liine platform everything is in ONE place and it's easy to track your call attempts. Just this portion alone could replace a full time job for a high volume practice like ours It makes me realize how much money we were probably leaving on the table all those years of not following up!

Pros

We have been using Liine for our Medical Spa practice for several years now and it has been a total game changer for us. The software gives us thoughtful, insightful and actionable information to help us grow as business. The interface is clear and very user friendly.

Cons

Not really! It seems that Liine is always making improvements.

Such a great company overall. When anyone starts something new there are always a ton of questions. Training and support was super responsive, thorough, and always updating.

I truly felt the data shared was exactly what we needed. If we ever needed another means of tracking different results or accountabilities for our team, we communicated it and we were presented with solutions.

I wish we could have been able to continue using this software with our new system/conversion! It wasn't anything on Liine's side, it was due to decisions from our corporate.

Pros

I loved the dashboard and how you can customize it to only view what you need to view. The customer support has always been great to work with also!

Cons

I had a hard time with not understanding the 'Decided' vs 'Undecided' calls at times. It would get confusing at times because we would think it should be one way and it was documented another way.
