It's the first itme i've used it in a work setting and I like that it's accurate in what we're doing every day.

Pros

I like that it accurately keeps track of the work we're doing.

Cons

It doesn't register every call we make just the incoming ones. I wish it had an outgoing feature as well.

Pros

That it calls when a patient submits a form so that we can respond to patients right away and all of the tracking capabilities that it has.

Cons

nothing that I can think of at this time. I love everything about it and new features that have come out.

I love it! It has really helped me to get a handle on my metrics which allow me to pinpoint the areas I need to focus on to improve.

Pros

I love the simplicity of use. I'm not at all technically inclined. However, I had no trouble learning to use Liine and I love the amount of information I can extract from it!

Cons

I wish it included the option to create templates for communicating with leads.

Easiest method of contacting patients and removes the guessing if a patient has been contacted 3 times. Before moving on to next patient that could be scheduled

I love liine and I hope we will stay with them forever and continue to grow our company while using them. I will definitely keep using it to monitor and track our numbers of new patient leads vs patients who booked. I will always monitor the reason we were not successful booking some patients and having the ability to access that information will always be needed.

Pros

Before liine I struggled with keeping up with all the data that comes through our office. We tried spreadsheets with all the new patients leads that called us, a spreadsheet of course requires manual labor and only slows you down. My favorite feature of liine is I do not need to do any additional work now and I still get all the data and resources at my fingertips as the data is being retrieved with AI. They also have an amazing team that is quick at responding to you via email or liine chat support.

Cons

I truly don't have anything that I am dissatisfied with through liine. If I had to nitpick it would maybe be on the form flow page where you have the ability to manually add a patient in, it is not as aesthetically pleasing as the rest of the website! But it is not an issue at all and it is still very easy to use!

I am extremely happy with how Liine has helped integrate our systems. The way the Liine team worked with us to get everything connected was not only easy but has given us an opportunity to streamline our marketing channel insights and opportunity zones.

Pros

As a Marketing Department, it is essential to understand where your leads are coming from and if they are being reached in a timely and effective manner. It is also important to see what campaigns and efforts are converting. I love the insights we now have into our Marketing Channels. We are actually able to see what we are doing well and what we need to work on moving forward. Not only is watching our marketing channels bring in leads exciting but being able to see our team convert New Leads and compare their strategies for reaching potential clients is amazing.

Cons

Haven't found a "con" to this software yet!

Liine has provided actual DATA that we simply did not have before. The reporting feature has helped us make business decisions like figuring out how much money to allocate towards our marketing spend each month and which employees need more phone training The access to call recordings have given us MAJOR insight as to what is happening on the phone! ( this is what initially peaked our curiosity in the first place) Our conversion rates used to be around 30% but are now 65%-70% after using the sales scripting they provide. However, in my opinion the automated lead management part has probably been the most helpful tool...before we had Liine we were not getting back to important new lead inquires in a timely manner. Customer inquires were going to multiple different places and it was very hard to keep track of it all. With the Liine platform everything is in ONE place and it's easy to track your call attempts. Just this portion alone could replace a full time job for a high volume practice like ours It makes me realize how much money we were probably leaving on the table all those years of not following up!

Pros

We have been using Liine for our Medical Spa practice for several years now and it has been a total game changer for us. The software gives us thoughtful, insightful and actionable information to help us grow as business. The interface is clear and very user friendly.

Cons

Not really! It seems that Liine is always making improvements.

Pros

I'll speak through the lens of a marketer. Though the software provides extremely beneficial operational opportunities (such as lead conversion guidance and training) I think I can bring a unique perspective from the marketing side. Liine has been essential to tracking marketing efforts from the deployment of ads through to the booked appointments. Liine helped fill in gaps where we were losing track of potential leads . This has allowed us more accurate attribution and a clearer picture of what ad types, procedures, and mediums are best resonating with the audience. The software has also allowed us to make the correlation between ad performance and how it affects the practice operationally. We've discovered through the software that some ads have lower conversion rates than others. So now we can see beyond the click, view, or filled out form and track an individual lead through to the appointment.

Cons

Though petty I get lost in some of the integration. Also, my brain has issues with the drop down boxes. I can't ever figure out if I'm adding or removing parameters. Many of my cons have been corrected over the last 2 years so please keep adding to the software...

I am one of the primary users of Liine at the company I work for, and since we implemented this software last summer, I have seen a huge growth in our lead conversion. It also helps with tracking our new leads and maintaining follow-up with them!

Pros

It's nice to see all new leads that need to be called on my dashboard when I come in each morning, and leads that need to be followed-up with since the first outbound call. Whenever someone submits an appointment request online through our website, I get an automatic call which calls that client right away. They are always impressed with how quick we are to reach out! I also love how easy it is to talk with someone if I need assistance with anything. Liine also integrates with our CRM (which I also use on a daily basis). Being able to use both systems at the same time drastically increases my productivity and makes it seamless to keep track of my leads.

Cons

I was hesitant when we first brought on this software because I have a very structured day. I thought this would interrupt my day-to-day tasks, but it has only improved them. I have zero complaints when it comes to Liine!

I cannot say enough great things about Liine. I have very high expectations when it comes to lead management platforms, and Liine has blown me away. Their platform is incredibly smart and user friendly. We have been able to really drill down where our leads are coming from, what our ROI is with certain social media platforms, and also using it as a coaching opportunity for our employees who need help with converting since Liine is able to record all calls. I have recommended them to other colleagues.And their service is unlike anything out there. Their team is fun, engaging and respond instantly to our inquiries. I truly recommend them!!

We are solving our contact time with new leads through Liine. Liine also provides me with the phone training tools I need, which allows me to focus on other key pieces in our business.

Pros

We have been with Liine for several years and love that we are given weekly updates on the data. I love that we can use the recordings to train and improve on patient experience. I love that we can contact patients immediately once they submit their online forms.

Cons

The data is great, but there is so much and so many different ways to view it, both a pro and a con because you have to know HOW to view it. Working with the LIINE team helps with this.

Pros

Easy to implement and use. Gives real time data and feedback to team members. Liine team members are amazing to work with.

Cons

There is no end user access to make changes to the VRs hosted on the Liine system. Not a huge deal, but I have to put in a request to support any time I want to make a change.

Such a great company overall. When anyone starts something new there are always a ton of questions. Training and support was super responsive, thorough, and always updating.

Pros

I truly felt the data shared was exactly what we needed. If we ever needed another means of tracking different results or accountabilities for our team, we communicated it and we were presented with solutions.

Cons

I wish we could have been able to continue using this software with our new system/conversion! It wasn't anything on Liine's side, it was due to decisions from our corporate.

FUN, easy and supportive way to develop staff while tracking business results.

Pros

The features were very useful and intuitive. You are able to look up individual staff member performance and progress as well as team productivity. ADDITIONALLY, I love the personal support provided at any time I had an issue or question. All the staff I interacted with at Liine were friendly and always available to support what was needed.

Cons

It provides so much detailed information that sometimes it could be difficult to know where to look first.
