i really like the concept of not missing any incoming inquiries, although people still think we are spamming their phone and tend to not answer then call back thinking we did not call them back

Pros

Having patient information right in front of you, knowing the general reason they are inquiring, having more information that just a phone number

Cons

That you cant change the department if a patient or liine has it wrong, duplicates are not caught

I love the statistics that Liine gives us. The frame work is written really well and very easy to follow along.

Pros

I loved the dashboard and how you can customize it to only view what you need to view. The customer support has always been great to work with also!

Cons

I had a hard time with not understanding the 'Decided' vs 'Undecided' calls at times. It would get confusing at times because we would think it should be one way and it was documented another way.

all the data provided (list, categories, charts) and the support offered (i get a response quickly and resolved in a timely manner.

Cons

understanding what some of the metrics mean. having to manual update leads that slip through the crack

The tool is phenomenal at offering data for lead management. It has also helped to shed light on flaws within the lead workflow. Beyond that, the support from the LIINE team is the best I've ever experienced.

Pros

The reporting is the feature I used the most. It offers clean and concise data on a high level and the ability to get into the nitty-gritty when appropriate.

Cons

There were some problems with lead attribution, but the support team is so good that it was corrected within a business day.

Overall our experience has been great. As stated, we now utilize key metrics in our decision making process. The team is willing to help in any way possible and is extremely easy to work with.

Pros

The Liine dashboard gives us visibility on key metrics we otherwise would have been blind to. The Liine team makes implementation and changes seamless. They are always available and responsive.

Cons

A desired feature would be an integration with our EMR. For example, we'd like to see if patients show up and convert to treatment after being put in a certain marketing channel.

Liine helps track, nurture and reach leads quickly. It has become the epicenter of managing our potential patients' start to their journey. The automated call feature is a must, potential patients are amazed at how quickly we respond to their form submission. Extremely easy to use. The filters make tracking data a breeze.

Cons

Toggling back and forth between form flow and the interactions to see notes in the activity section. Not seeing Booked appointments on both form flow and the call interaction.

Pros

One of the things I enjoy using on this software is it collects all of potential clients call that I may have missed. It keeps a log and a couple of times a week I just take 10 mins to see if I've missed anyone.

Cons

I will not always collect the clients full email or phone number. It will use ### in place of the actual number.

The support is wonderful! We love our customer support manager \[sensitive content hidden\] . She helps us stay on track and helps us understand the reports and areas we can improve in. She is great!

Pros

We love the website leads that come into our office immediately after a prospective patient as requested information. It helps us respond more quickly and have a system of follow up.

Cons

So far I haven’t found anything I don’t like.

All in all, it is a very easy tool to use and which I am on all day. Has brought us some excellent dental implant patients to the practice.

Pros

Gives me more information than just the patients name. Get reason, office they want to schedule at and an email address.

Cons

No that I like the least but sometimes when I "manually update", there are some patients that I just screen shot and send info to the office as its something they have to handle. So at the end it asks if they have appointed and the patient may get appointed soon, but not at that moment. Or, wish I could put more notes in that area so information can be added.

Initial Learning Curve ( harder for office with one person) but great and easy to use after the training

Pros

The fact that it allowed them to guide me to improve my performance in lead generation and provided statistics to allow me to make changes to help generate revenue. It also allowed for the quickest response to leads by connecting to our office phone.

Cons

I wasn't able to utilize messaging. ( My personal circumstance) With messaging, I could eliminate another product that I was using

I loved Liine. The customer service is AMAZING, we always had responses within about 15 minutes.

Pros

I LOVED the dashboard, the layout is amazing and so easy to navigate.

Cons

We came across some issues with the New Leads for awhile, I believe everything was resolved (ex: would prompt "New Lead" when the guest did not hit the corresponding button, or would not prompt and then it would go through the survey at the end of the call).

Pros

Having the ability to read through the calls when listening wasn’t available. All the filters to scan through certain types of calls.

Sometimes calls would get graded incorrectly.

This solves the problem of trying to find out what the return on investment is for marketing and advertising. Also helps me see where my leads are in the sales process and how my staff can do better on the phone to improve lead conversion!

Pros

Liine has really helped my clients see true ROI for their marketing campaigns. The call recording feature also helps them review front desk staff performance and implement training to learn how to handle calls better!

Cons

I think there is a learning curve but with the right support it becomes second nature to navigate :)

It would be nice to have more options for the reason the caller didn't book. There can be some inconsistency on call scores such as message utilization.

Pros

EVERYTHING!! This software has been amazing for my staff and so helpful for me to help keep an eye on them when I am not always able to. Ease of use and functionality are near perfect and I dont have any complaints.

Cons

I have no complaints about the software. Just wish I had more time in my own schedule to utilize it even more.

Affordability grabbed our attention but the ease of use and support for the team sold us.

Cons

Sometimes the email/phone number is invalid or incorrectly entered - if this can be minimized by allowing the clients to re-enter or verify somehow that the info is correct that would be a plus.
