What i like most about Liine is things are tracked and you can go back and listen to call's

when patient's are calling the wrong office or trying to schedule a service we don't provide they deduct you as" Patient not schedule"

Great product and customer service

Pros

Being able to respond to online inquiries immediately was a total game changer for us. In a fast paced world, if you're not responding within 5 minutes, your customer has moved on to the next option. Being able to listen to calls is huge too. I have corrected so many issues with my staff and have been able to train better.

Cons

No issues really. Customer service has been great and very responsive.

Always helpful and trying to improve, working to increase our business results and income.

Pros

Liine has vastly increased our rate of telephone conversions to office appointments, and helped our staff work better, faster and more efficiently.

Cons

Sometimes the staff finds all the detail too confusing to be able to zero in on what they want to review. For me, almost always have to actually listen to the recordings, as the transcription is very often way off from the actual verbage.

Excellent customer service. Whenever I have a question or a new employee to add they respond right away.

Pros

Being able to listen/read phone conversations.

Cons

I dont like that when someone submits a request online that it calls the office right away. When I pick up people rarely answer.

\- Very easy to use - Form flow feature that places automatic inbound calls makes it very easy to be the first to respond to leads - Analyzing lead quality is very simple - Messaging analysis (proper use of messaging on the phone with prospects) is extremely valuable

what I love the most is it is very easy and accessible to track new leads. It is user friendly and help patients and admin users to engage and reach out.

Pros

I like the ability to reach new leads quickly. Having FormFlow allows us to focus on patients and leads without manually logging data.

Cons

Not being able to save any filters. Before starting the day, I have to sort by date and sort based on our touchpoints. There are still a lot of manual updates we have to make to keep up with our cadence.

I use Liine daily, 8 hours each day, 5 times a week, and I have nothing but great things to say about it! This software is an important tool for growth as a Sales Specialist

Pros

This software makes tracking my metrics so smooth and simple! It interacts with other programs that my company uses and updates daily! The best feature is 'Listen' feature in the Interaction Log, because it saves each call I make & I can playback whenever I'd like! This feature had helped me grow in my position since I can my progress and also any improvement areas I should be addressing!

Cons

I don't have any complaints! The team (we call them the Liine Wizards haha) are great with addressing any of my concerns immediately!

Would be nice if there was a way to comment on the calls/interactions like, "Left a voicemail, will try back tomorrow", "Existing client, not a new lead", or "They want us to call back on date/time".

Liine has given me lots of insight into my daily operations and there will always be one more category someone wishes to add. With the change of operations happening as we grow we just have to be flexible and give liine the time to do the same.

Pros

When analizing day to day call metrics Liine gives concrete measures. The support we recive is outstanding and are always working hard to give us the best possible experience.

Cons

Like an software program there is always a learning curve for new users, so while there are many amazing benefits of liine when one is not familiar with similar systems the on boarding may take a little more patience.
