Ease of the software. Too many loops to get to a certain thing. I shouldn't have to click 5 different boxes to get to what I want to see.

Working with the Liine team has been phenomenal. Brad, Charlie, Eric, and the entire crew always operate with the utmost professionalism and it is a pleasure to see their names pop up on my phone or in my inbox. They are great people that we truly enjoy calling our partners.

Pros

Liine is the missing link that practices never knew they needed to capture more patients. We're in the business of driving leads, and with Liine in place, we know that our clients are going to maximize those leads and convert them to patients. Their software also provides us with critical insights into how patients are finding practices and what campaigns are generating the best result so we can streamline our marketing strategy.

Cons

Nothing - Liine is a fantastic product.

I like that it compartmentalizes the information that is needed to further assist new leads. It is very helpful that calls are recorded as we can refer back to the phone calls and ensure that information is clearly and correctly communicated as well as utilize for training purposes.

Love the software, love the people behind it and I recommend them to anymore who is serious about their full funnel systems.

Pros

Finally, we have some data on how our leads are interested in the offers, we can manage the follow-up process a lot better without the team having to manually input information. Our optimization depends on it immensely.

Cons

We are in the process of connecting it to Google Analytics and using the API, but the FB accuracy is more due to iOS changes, not Liine specifically.

I wish there was an option for me as a user to mark the call as "reviewed" by me. I also wish I could mark the ones that are left message as booked, because many are booked the same day... but Liine does not indicate that

Customer support is top notch. So far, so good with everything, overall.

Pros

The speed at which we are able to return patient phone calls after they have filled out the form on our website goes above and beyond.

Cons

Sometimes the "pending line review" takes a bit too long and I don't see the "booked" status as quickly as I'd like.

The software is very easy to use. The form flow feature places automatic inbound calls, which makes it very easy to be the first to respond to leads. The process for analyzing lead quality is very simple. The messaging analysis feature is amazing and extremely valuable.

Cons

There are no cons with this software. The Liine support team is quick to respond and sort out any issues.

I do really enjoy using Liine! I believe it's a great training tool and helps to create consistency and structure within a call.

Pros

Having the option to listen back to my calls and the calls of the front desk for training purposes and to learn and give myself and others feedback!

Cons

If an incoming call gets dropped and we call them back, it doesn't automatically update that call to show your real message utilization, it just shows the original call.

The software is pretty easy to use, sometimes the calls don't always show as being taken care of but that isn't a huge deal.

We have a few dozen locations with local tracking numbers. Taking the individual numbers and implementing them was a drag.

There really isn't anything exactly like it on the market.

I like being able to see my conversion rate and my office's conversion rate compared to other offices. I like that I can go back and look at conversations.

Cons

Sometimes it defaults back to all offices when you are going through the recorded phone calls when I am trying to just look at one office.
