He is very easy to understand and work with. Very much appreciate him and his talents. Pros Connectivity with QB 2020 and QB 2024. The ability to check transactions outside of QB in addition to several upload, export, import transactions, as well as, migrations from QB 2020 to QB 2024. Cons Nothing so far. Our credit card rep informed me that I should look into Saasant, as it would allow me to pull in a list of transactions directly into Quickbooks. The first time I successfully imported our transactions, it was incredible! Pros Saasant is AMAZING! It has literally saved me hours of time in data entry and inputting bank and credit card transactions. Our credit card issuer is flexible and allows me to already list expense accounts and classes in the software, so all I have to do is download the spreadsheet, link the fields, and Saasant will import it directly into quickbooks and assign all the right accounts and classes. Cons The interface is a bit outdated, and it has a slight learning curve. But you gain far more than that in the time it saves. Review Source Desiree H. I literally couldn't be efficient at processing my high volume clients without it. I recommend it to anyone who needs to move a large amount of data in a small amount of time. The free trial is fully functional although it does limit your import ability to 200 lines during the trial period. Pros I love SaasAnt because it allows us to quickly and accurate import hundreds of lines of data and text into Quickbooks Online. This is immensely helpful when cleaning up a set of books, moving information between systems that don't integrate online, and adding hundreds of lines of data into QBO without having to spend the time to manually enter the data for each line yourself. If there are mistakes in your upload, SaasAnt has an excellent system in place for correcting the information before its uploaded incorrectly into your QBO account. Cons Sometimes the software doesn't recognize when an entity like a customer or vendor already exists in QuickBooks Online. It also appears to be case sensitive in terms of searching the lists within the system so there is a small amount of cleanup to push through the first few times you use the system. While my clients don't usually know that I've used SaasAnt as a tool to integrate their data, I am excited to have had the opportunity to share my "secret" with a major client who will now be ensuring all their service reps add SaasAnt to their QBO. Again, thank you \[sensitive content hidden\]! Pros Whenever I set-up a new QuickBooks Online client, I use SaasAnt to transfer data from Excel to their new subscription. I've been using it for years (most of the time, the trial subscription is all I need for the client). I recently attained a client who will be setting up hundreds (yes, hundreds) of their sales agents with their own QuickBooks over the next year. They will be providing files these reps need to regular upload to their QBO. When we encountered an issue with some of the direct import features in QBO, I wondered if SaasAnt was the answer. Customer service is helpful, \[sensitive content hidden\] quickly helped me today. It's the 5% of the time when the imports fail, that frustrate me. Pros I can take whatever data I have, put it into their premade templates & quickly import into QBO. Cons I will use a spreadsheet format multiple times. Then it fails to upload. I contact support and they tell me something I've done for months is not correct & to change one thing. Then it works. Makes me think changes were made and then how I was do it no longer works. I love that I can get a Customer Service Rep on the phone quickly and the rep can remote in via Zoom. Cons There isn't anything I like the least. I just don't know how to use SaasAnt in its entirety. But what is even better is there customer service. When we ran into issues utilizing the product for large-scale very complex data migrations, their customer service help this through the issues to make a complex job feel easy. Cons No cons. Through SaaSant that has been reduced to 2 hours by the finance manager. It used to take a team of 3 fulltime bookkeepers. Cons Not really an issue with SaaSant, but quickbooks is a disaster of a software and sometimes there are issues with SaaSant syncing with QB. But they quickly resolve them. When we encountered an import error, even though there was only one, he stuck it out and figured it out. I could have easily just entered the information manually. But \[sensitive content hidden\] stuck it out and got to the bottom of the issue by trying different solutions. Fantastic customer support experience. Pros SaasAnt helps me import data with detail that I cannot get using the QBO import function featured in the product. I love the look of the new UI. The layout is straightforward and easy on the eyes and the colors, fonts, and graphics are well thought out. Cons There was nothing that I disliked during this import process. All went well. Now that I know how to use it, it'll only get better from here. Pros I needed SaasAnt to import data that I could not import with the standard QuickBooks Online import option, and it worked great! It saved me a ton of time not having to manually enter a large customer list with billing and shipping addresses, as well as an invoice list for a QBDT to QBO migration. Cons Haven't discovered any cons yet. It would be nice if it could read my mind... but that's a stretch Reason for choosing SaasAnt Transactions This was the only product I could find that did what I was looking for. The product itself is a MUST HAVE when importing transactions into QBO. I could not take on the large projects that I do without them. Pros The ability to important thousands of bank and credit card transactions into QBO with relative ease Cons There is a learning curve, but now that they have improved the user interface, it is much easier to get the job done Reason for choosing SaasAnt Transactions When the overwhelming response when asked which software to use is SaasAnt, it was a no brainer to use it. It is very easy to use and makes entering journal entries much easier. I use it to import my daily deposits as well as my month end journal entries. Pros SaaS makes importing transactions into QuickBooks very easy. It greatly reduces to repetition needed for some entries.
