And what is perhaps the best part is I had an issue and couldn't figure out what to do and so I reached out to chat on a US holiday and got someone within 1 minute that was very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't believe it. Name was \[sensitive content hidden\] and was extremely helpful and pinpointed my issue quickly and solved it.
