The customer support is awesome and they solve my problems right through the chat window, allowing me not to take to much time away from work to solve the issue. Pros It saves me hours of data entry. Being an accountant, I know a lot of with tricks with excel that makes entering transactions so much quicker. It is also more accurate because I can bulk copy and paste information directly from source documents to the excel template. When I had a problem trying to overwrite data customer support stepped in and got me going in the right direction. Pros Ease of use and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It allows for easy export and import of QB data. If you make a mistake during an import you can go back in and delete it. Cons I wish that file export filters allowed the user to filter on the person who created and/or last modified the transaction. Reason for choosing SaasAnt Transactions N/A.
