Great tool for uploading expenses - after speaking to \[sensitive content hidden\] at support the process was easy to execute

Cons

A bit of trial and error at first to get the upload file correct but once it was aligned it worked easily

It has been very helpful in transferring business data and cleaning up information.

Ease of use: the templates made it very easy to organize and upload data Capabilities: it was very useful to be able to extract data, edit it, and upload it

Cons

When uploading and encountering errors, it can take some time to figure out the error and find the best way to fix them.

Saasant is a time saver!Adam on the customer tech support has the patience of a Saint. I am grateful for his time and expertise. He taught to me so much. His manager Andrew even jumped on the call to make sure I was getting everything I needed. These guys are amazing!!

Pros

The customer support. It is great to not have to manually enter data into quick books. Saasant saves so much time.

Cons

It takes practice to learn the formatting, but with their very patient customer service/support team I am learning so much. It is getting easier each time I log on.

I downloaded their template and free trial. Then tried to upload template after entering in test data and failed to upload. No easy support after hours. Very frustrated.

Pros

We are just starting to work with SaasAnt. So far, the connection to Stripe seems to be working well.

Cons

Since we need to ask for help for set up, I'm wish there was more help for this.
