The application is easy and since it mobile too we have see a lot of referrals. Pros ERIN is an incredibly easy to use application that is a great addition to our ATS. We have minimal problem with our employees logging in and start making referrals. They have found it to be easy to use. Cons The company is new and just excited to see how the product evolves. Most times it is difficult to get my entire team to buy-in to using a new software. The user experience was so great, my teammembers had no problem using the software from day 1 and enjoying it. And of course the results are the best part: We were able to get a few qualified leads within the first week and it took very little oversight on my end as a hiring manager. If I can continuously get a steady stream of job applicants through this channel at this rate, I won't need to spend any more time managing other job boards. Cons It's clear the more people on the network the more effective it is, so we need more companies to sign up and raise the user count!
