April 7, 2021 5.0 Originally, I used this when I was working at a yoga studio and when I opened my own business, I decided to give it a go! Pros Making invoices was such a hard task before this! This helped me stay organized! Cons Nothing! No complaints, I'm glad I came across this! I fought with it for several hours and finally emailed the customer service department. I was expecting to receive an email back several hours later, but instead I received a phone call within the hour. In this day and age you don't get the one on one contact with a real human being. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was very helpful and took care of my problem right a way. She even called back several days later to make sure I wasn't having any more issues. Just for the one on one customer service I recommend Ascend to anyone! Pros Ascend is easy to use. Pretty self explanatory. Cons The mapping program needs to be able to show two or more different way points. Pros I like that this is a one stop shop for my company. I can keep track of all my customers info along with estimates. Cons The app is behind what the desktop version offers. Be nice to have the same or even more in the app since my business is a service business. Reason for choosing Ascend Worked hand in hand with my Wix website. Plus, the opportunity to provide professional quotes, without looking like it came right out of accounting software, felt like a real addition to my brand. Pros I enjoyed how easy Ascend is to set up and use. It takes the effort out of creating professional quotes and proposals for my clients. The features are awesome and useful. Pros Ascend TMS is very user friendly & robust to use being a new broker. It doesn't take long to get the hang of it. Cons I'd like more factoring companies added to help remove the need to manual upload factoring invoices.
