Due to time constraints, I couldn’t dive into the documentation, so I reached out to the support team and was pleasantly surprised by their quick response and how helpful the engineer was in resolving my queries. In the past, I’ve used both free and paid tools from competitors, but I wouldn’t go back to them. Cloudimage offers excellent value for money, and its platform's stability has freed me up to focus on more important tasks, like implementing Scaleflex DAM and other high-priority projects. Pros I like Cloudimage because it seamlessly optimises and delivers images in real time, boosting my website’s performance with fast load times, responsive design, and effortless transformations, all while reducing bandwidth and ensuring an excellent user experience. Cloudimage is incredibly simple to implement and works out-of-the-box, requiring minimal setup. With just a few URL modifications, you can start optimising and delivering images instantly, making it a hassle-free solution for improving website performance. Cons Cloudimage's documentation initially didn’t fully showcase the software's true power, but I’ve noticed significant improvements in recent months.
