If something goes wrong, or there is an anomaly in a backup I am notified. Every week I get an update on recent backups and reassures me that all is well Pros Very simple to setup and use. It does the job it says will do, make backups simple. It also easily guides us in restoration processes for data verification or in case of data issues Cons Only issue I had, was probably not seeing certain configured backups. This was mostly our fault as it was not assigned to a team, and at the time I was not the owner of the team. Experience is smooth and easy Pros Great team and support, great value proposition for our use case. For a developer everything is clear and professionally arranged Cons There was an uncovered pricing case that the team handled well. Currently, they track database size based on the selected plan. It was easy to set up and schedule a daily backup. We have tried other Notion backup providers, but SimpleBackups was the first one that really managed to backup our Notion installation. Pros When the size of our Notion Space resulted in timeouts of the backup job and fluctuating sizes, the SimpleBackups team kept following up on the issue and delivered a solution, all the time making sure we were in the loop. Cons I have no complaints about the experience. All interactions have always been positive and the only issue we ran into was resolved in good time. Pros We can basically backup data from any cloud based service that we use and have them placed securely with storage providers of our own choise. Cons As a fairly new product on the market there have been some adjustments that at times have interferred with our backup-jobs. However this is expectable and their support is excellent and they quickly resolve any problem when they occur. Reasons for choosing SimpleBackups I couldn't really find a good alternative.
