Pros Harmoni understands Market Researchers and their everyday needs better than other platforms. It is intuitive to use and is my savior in most moments of urgency. It would be amiss for me to not call out the great client servicing team - with \[sensitive content hidden\] - available at all times, life has been simpler. Cons I do think Harmoni has some opportunities to enhance their capabilities to transform into a one stop platform. Currently it is great for backend data tabulation, but it needs to get better at dashboarding capabilities - where stakeholders can easily access data through a custom and dynamic dashboard - not static. It was very user-friendly, and I could create and manage my projects quickly. Additionally, it had a wealth of templates and tools that made it simple and quick for me to produce projects with a professional appearance. Cons The lack of customization options was the aspect of Harmoni that I liked least. Although there were few options for tailoring the platform to our needs, it was still quite user-friendly. Furthermore, it was challenging to access specific features and settings, making it challenging to customize the platform to meet our unique needs. We've made our local markets more self-sufficient on simple and straightforward analysis meaning our teams are involved in more strategic analysis. When discussions take place, they can do so with both parties seeing the exact same analysis/ process which really helps. Feedback is very positive from our local users - Infotools have also helped us create parallel sites in local language to encourage usage, but the fact remains we all view the same numbers. Pros Before we talk about the software, one of the biggest pros are the Infotools people. It would be easy to design against their needs, but they take the time to learn your business and how the software will fit into this; then they design something that hits this brief. All too often, the business has to fit with the software, but not with Infotools. Once installed, the platform is ideal (no surprise given the focus that goes into set up). It's intuitive and works on a number of levels from senior management 1-pager down to 'get your hands dirty' analyst. Cons There aren't really any cons ... just like in life, you pay for quality and although things may seem a little on the pricey-side to begin with, once you and your business work with the platform, you see why.
