Gives a lot of insight about how your visitors behave on your website and boost sales on top of that. Pros Definitely more knowledge at which point the visitors were leaving my sales process. The tool also helped me out quite a bit in preventing the users to leave with the option to serve a discount in the situation when the user was trying to leave. I can track there movements on my site... It's really amazing to be able to almost know exactly what my visitor is thinking.. Definitely going to be a valuable asset in the future..
