Onboarding has been simple. It appears that there are able people to use for customer support which is important to me as I navigate through. Pros The value for the money is outstanding. This product is top notch. It will help my recruiting efforts 100% more than what I was doing. The ease of use was important to me because of time constraints with other things that I need to get done in a day. Cons There is nothing that I found that I like least about BrokerKit so far and I do not expect to find anything because the product is so outstanding!! The functions within the platform make contact and follow up simple. The task function ensures no person slips through the cracks. Cons Initial set up was difficult because of our current systems and not at all due to broker kit. Maybe a more broad acceptance of integration would be beneficial. This is where support stepped in and got us up and functioning.
