Cons Email notices do not contain the signer's name in the subject or the body. The search interface doesn't allow searching on the last name of the signer. So it doesn't scale. They fulfilled everything we were looking for and became our partner of choice for this need. Pros I find their interface to be equivalent to the more expensive platforms in terms of functionality, ease of use, and features. They are generous in providing free documents to try out their platform. The signing process was flawless for our board members. Their API is designed well - we liked their front-end support and backend (API) support so well we implemented a backend pipeline to integrate with them within a few days. Their customer support was excellent and efficient. Very key for us was the ability to have a unique Envelope identifier stamped on each page by their platform rather than simply a signing page at the end. This shows a chain of custody which we needed. Cons I really don't have any complaints about SignWell. The only thing I would like to see them add is custom labels so that if I have multiple people adding initials to each page I could put their name below it. I often submit these documents to court where they become public record and some clients, I'm sure, would rather not have their emails become public record. Cons The only thing I would like to change is to have a way to test my template before sending it. I had to trust that the fields looked the way I wanted them to when it was sent to someone else. Documents are easy to find, everything is organized and well structured and easy to download documents after they’ve been signed. Pros It’s a very simple, self explanatory tool to use for me and my clients. It’s got all the options you might need to use in a contract and it’s very easy to understand and follow along. The costume message is nice, as well. Cons I do think the packages are a little costly as you can find almost the exact same features for free online.
