I attempted frustration but it was always user friendly. Pros phenomenal experience, surpasses docusign by many lightyears. Love the easy tu use interface. Cons The fact that it was not available before. I dislike other apps because I have very meticulous expectations. It is by far one of the easiest platforms to use for business. Pros I like the platform itself. I love how you can store contracts and send them over right away to customers. I also like how it shows you if a customer has viewed the contract. Cons One of the cons with SignWell is that you have to sign three contracts a month to get free access. Overall, it is fair. Pros I was seeking a new tool to cancel my Docusign and when I found Signwell it seems like a new IPhone compared to some junky Android (DS). Cons Simplicity and cost - it is super easy to use and I can’t believe how much I was overpaying for Docusign before. Exceeded expectations! " November 3, 2025 5.0 It was easy for me to prepare the document and it was simple for the client to sign. I didnt need any training to use the program and was able to get the contract signed quickly. Pros Signwell was crazy easy to use! I have used many different e-signature platforms and this was the best to navigate. Cons The only thing that I could not figure out intuitively is that you set the signing order being after the "send" button. As a real estate agent, it is very important for me to create contracts and to have the option to electronically sign them, and SignWell is a wonderful tool, easy for me to upload my documents and easy for my clients to use on their side. Pros It is easy to work with when uploading documents and it’s easy for my clients to use it on their end. Cons I like everything about it. It’s a lot easier than docusign. It’s easy to use and I would recommend it to others. Pros I really like the value in getting for the money. And, it’s really easy to use. One of the features that I find most helpful is being able to track the progress of the document. Also, the setup to sign a document is super easy compared to other sites I’ve used. Cons Because I’m still learning it, I haven’t found anything that I dislike so far. But if I do find anything as I’m continuing to explore the site, I’ll report back with an update. Cons I don't like how the certificate/ audit report is downloaded together with the main document. I wish there was an option to download them separately. And I like having all my signed documents in one place. Cons If a contract gets cancelled or isn't signed then it still counts towards your three free contracts. Also, i'd like the default to be that the date is fixed to the signing date.
