It’s reliable, easy to learn, and does exactly what I need it to do without any complications. I’ve been using it for my business and it’s made the whole signing process much smoother for both me and my clients. Definitely recommend it. Pros Super easy to use and very straightforward. I like how clean the interface is and how quickly I can send documents out for signatures. It saves me a lot of time, especially when I need clients to sign things fast. Everything feels organized and simple, which I really appreciate. Cons Honestly, I haven’t had any issues so far. Everything has worked smoothly for me from the moment I started using it. The platform is very easy to navigate, and I’ve never felt confused or stuck while trying to send or manage documents. Cons The setup of signature or date space holders was not easy to understand. Could this be automated? Also, it is not clear who signed, who approved, etc. This can have a better dashboard. Cons There have been no obvious cons that I have come across yet. Maybe I am yet to discover something I'm not happy with but that time is not now. The only other thing is another competitor called SignNow is advertising as SignWell which is misleading as its the first link at the top when I perform a google search. Cons Somehow I had a hard time to find my documents, the login platform again... Internally, we're integrating it into our team onboarding and offboarding processes. Pros I love how simple and intuitive it is to use, balanced with the flexibility offered by the advanced options. Cons I don't like how the certificate/ audit report is downloaded together with the main document. I wish there was an option to download them separately.
