Principal Events Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Simple and Easy Tool for E-Signing" November 30, 2025 5.0 Overall my experience was top notch and just plain simple which was more than I expected. I spent so much time formatting the document I needed signed I was worried that things would get messed up if I tried to do electronic signatures, but SignWell made it easy. Pros It was super easy and I had my document ready in seconds and it was signed by both parties in less than 2 minutes. I was expecting a lot of hoops but SignWell was just simple and lived up to the promise. Cons I didn’t experience anything negative when using SignWell but I wish I would have found it sooner! Only thing to improve would maybe be able to change or edit the email that goes to other signers. It's user-friendly and very efficient. I came from using another tool that was extremely over-priced for the value and SignWell has similar features for a fraction of the price. Pros Super easy to use. All I had to do was upload my document, plug in the fields, and send off for signature. Signing was a breeze! Cons I would say my only Con so far is that on the free version, you are limited to the number of templates you can upload. I also love that there is a log of interactions as proof of viewing and signing documents. Pros I loved how easy it was to upload my document and add the fields that were needed for signatures, text, or initials. Cons I didn’t understand how to send the finalized pages to another recipient. This could have been user error though. Pros I love that SignWell is super easy to use and is exactly what I was looking for as a "solopreneur." I was quickly able to get a handle on how to use SignWell's system and was firing off documents within 30 minutes of signing up. Having low barriers to entry in both learning to use a product and pricing is a killer combo! Cons So far, I have zero complaints. I'd love it if the lowest tiered plan included branding, but otherwise, no issues. Fortunately requests are detailed and show all the information for them to recognize the email. There's not really anything to complain about and the product gives me what I need to start up my business and have clients sign the contract for the rental service to be able to move forward. Pros For a beginner the ease of use is definitely an upside. Additionally the in-person capability is something I really needed when online signing is something that isn't an option. So far, it has been so easy to use. Keep up the good work. Cons I struggled to type the date on a document using the text feature, but I feel like that was simply something that required practice. Pros Easy to use - could upload a new document and replace the one that is there if you found a typo (Many signing software don't let you do that!). A quick button to add yourself as the signer was nice too, didn't have to retype my email address. I liked that the fields were automatically tagged as Required so you don't have to check that. Cons Just not as well known - I had to let the sender know the email was legit. You cannot have it be an "anyone" field, you have to assign it to one person. The fields are limited to signature, date, text, checkbox, initials. It would be helpful if you could automatically put the person's name and email. You cannot turn off the option to choose their signature font. There have been documents where I needed an actual signature, not just typed. Cons It took me a little while to learn how to use it, but once I did it was great. More clear guidance on how the document should be when it is uploaded would be helpful.
