I’ve sent a contract to a customer with no issues, it’s great and the most affordable I’ve found! Really happy with this service.

Pros

Super easy to use for contract signing! I was really happy with how easy it was to upload documents and get them signed.

Cons

My customer did say he was a little confused with the mobile site but was able to do it on a computer easily.

Great product and very easy to use. I have used both the Docusign and Adobe platforms and SignWell is much easier and more intuitive to use.

Pros

SignWell is easy and intuitive to use for both me and others I send documents to for signature.

Cons

When you are adding signature blocks or date blocks to a document, it doesn't seem to follow the order of signers that you see on the left side of the page. I have to double check to see if the signer's name is who I expect it to be.

it was super easy to set up and share with clients, who we ocassionally need to sign a document. The template creation was simple based on our existing PDF

Cons

only 3 free uses before we need to sign up for a paid version. i would have been happy to use a site with paid advertising for the bi monthly document signing requirement that I have.

Overall was good once I figured out how to use this application.

Pros

Mostly easy to use. Took a bit of time to figure out how to actually get the application to send a doc for signature versus just sending a doc to share only.

Cons

It wasn’t initially as intuitive as it could be. Perhaps a step by step visual walkthrough training to show how to only share a doc versus send a doc for signature would be helpful.

It's been lovely for my contract needs - it's simple, straightforward and my clients also love it, which is a bonus. I trust SignWell completely and so do they.

Pros

It's so convenient, easy to use, it's user friendly and I also like the layout of the website. It's great having all my contracts in one place, with the proper info and easy access.

Cons

At the moment I don't have anything I dislike about SignWell. I wish there was more than 3 contracts a month on the free version but I also understand it's free and 3 contracts is a decent amount.

Nicely designed document management system with easy tracking for document signing and management. I didn't use the customer support, as there was no need for it.

Pros

It's very effective and extremely useful. Signatures from multiple signatories are a very helpful feature

Cons

It would be great to see LLM integration for document edits and suggestions. Also, if there is a possibility to connect with an API to an individual system ( I am not sure if this exists), it will really help

Pros

Dead easy to use, no bells and whistles but full focus on a simple, streamlined and efficient process. Love how signwell focuses on one thing and does that really well rather than adding feature after feature just for the sake of it.

Cons

UI-wise not as sleek as some other players on the market, which however contributes to it being so easy to use. If you value simplicity and ease of use over sleek looks, this one won't be a minus for you.

March 31, 2025 I’ve used SignWell three times now. Super easy to use and very intuitive - the way you’d expect it to work, in fact, does. I’ve downloaded a form, dragged and dropped text boxes that needed to be filled, and emailed to my clients. Worked like a champ – easy for me, and easier for them. In addition, I’ve used it once to get signatures from multiple people. I was worried I’d done it incorrectly, but the instructions were clear. Worked perfectly the first time – no egg on my face. Do I recommend SignWell, absolutely.

Pros

Ease of use. Checked lots of sites, and liked the features offered at a reasonable price. Also, all my questions to the Customer Service were answered very promtly.

Cons

Haven't found anything yet I haven't liked.

Overall great and has more features than many other systems at the same level of price that i have tried recently.

Pros

SignWell is giving a fair fight to the well known and more expensive alternatives, providing most of the features and being an intuitive and user friendly system with a better price.

Cons

The stamp feature is missing, but there is a workaround that works ok, so making a stamp a field of its own will be great!

Exceeded my expectations and will recommend to others. Operations are more efficient and fluid as compared to the past.

Pros

Signwell has been a breeze to use and execute contract signing. The value is exceptional and all contracts can be easily managed and statuses verified.

Cons

No cons to report, but it would be great to see when reminders that were automatically sent could be known as to not bombard the recipient with multiple and potentially unnecessary follow-ups.

Very happy with Sign, well used many other signing companies and they normally overcharge and have too many upsell levels when you just need one signature sent that week

Pros

It's easy to use and compared to other singing website it offers the best service, and for value, it can't be beaten

Cons

I don't have any cons for Sign well as everything was perfect its easy to use, and they offer free signing

I've used many e-signers before and Signwell seems to be the most straight forward, with great features and a great UI.

Honestly I am struggling to find a reason to not like it, I only use it for basic tasks and it does those perfectly.

Overall, I really enjoyed the quick and easy experience using SignWell for requesting a signature for a document.

Pros

I really liked how there were options to sign & date along with email and more to add onto the document. I also liked how I was able to place the signature where ever I needed. Finally, I liked how I was able to send a signature request via email along with cc'ing myself to ensure the email was received.

Cons

I did not have anything that I had that I least liked about SignWell. If I do, I will surely provide feedback.

The feature of receiving the completed document by email is super useful. I would definitely recommend the website to others.

Pros

What I like the most about SignWell is how straightforward it is to send a document. It was easy to utilize for the first time and has remained so.

Cons

Not very obvious that there are plans and use will be limited until plans are offered. In other words, I prefer to know upfront if paywalls will come up.

Easy to use and really helps me with signing contracts and other important documents with people on a distance.

Cons

I'm missing the possibilities to "design" the signature a little more like if it was handwritten - without drawing it with my finger and making it look like a child signature :)
