### "Great Option for Simple, Easy Document Signing Needs"

It was convenient for a in the moment signing that did not require more than a few signatures. In many cases I do need to fill in multiple fields, rearrange pages, etc prior to sending something out for signature, it is very helpful to me when I can do everything all in one place instead of having to take multiple to do multiple steps.

Pros

I like that it was quick and easy to upload a document and assign individuals their perspective spots.

Cons

I didn't like (or at least was unable to find) that there wasn't a feature where I could pre-fill certain components prior to sending. It have also been nice if I could get updates on the status of where things were at. I would get emails that said someone viewed it, but not anything about so and so signed, or get ready you are up next, type stuff. I had to keep logging in to see where things were at. Lastly, I couldn't find a function to delete any of the pages that I didn't want to include, or rearrange the order.

The price keeps going up on using the feature, and or they make tweaks to how things are done and it started becoming to time consuming, annoying, frustrating to use. So I moved along. I've used multiple different systems, but your system would only let me use one.

Its a very convenient app to use and I Would not hesitate to recommend it for anyone who needs multiple signatures from clients anywhere in the world.

Pros

it's easy to use and has a friendly interface for both the user and client(s).

Cons

(1) You must log in afresh to use it every time. (2) Has no 2FA for login.

Love it, it has been easy to sign up, send documents, as well as see when people view and sign them. It has easy downloads after also.

Pros

I get live updates on viewage and signage. It is really easy to navigate as well, the site is easy to follow.

Cons

Only 3 free per month, as well as you can only add 3 people to either sign or view your document which is hard.

Overall, I’ve had a really good experience with SignWell. It’s reliable, easy to learn, and does exactly what I need it to do without any complications. I’ve been using it for my business and it’s made the whole signing process much smoother for both me and my clients. Definitely recommend it.

Pros

Super easy to use and very straightforward. I like how clean the interface is and how quickly I can send documents out for signatures. It saves me a lot of time, especially when I need clients to sign things fast. Everything feels organized and simple, which I really appreciate.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t had any issues so far. Everything has worked smoothly for me from the moment I started using it. The platform is very easy to navigate, and I’ve never felt confused or stuck while trying to send or manage documents.

Pros

Its easy to use and its nice that SignWell offer 3 documents per month fee to test the service and see how it works.

Cons

Lack functionality to upload the file by person signing the document. This feature will massively improve my experience.

I enjoyed coming across this website for document signing, it was a quick process and simple to figure out

Pros

Easy to use, was able to quickly get documents together for contract signing, no headaches trying to figure it out, does the sending for you, quick and simple.

Cons

E-mail format, only allows 3 documents for free so must upgrade if you need more documents (which is understandable)

I switched over from one of the more well-known e-doc sites because of price and have never looked back. So simple to use!

Pros

I use SignWell to email leases to tenants to have them e-sign and date. It works perfectly for this and is super simple and streamlined. You can download the signed leases after everyone signs so you have a copy. It’s a great product!

Cons

For what I use it for, I can’t think of any cons.

Pros

It is simple and easy to use. Attached to the file, last page with report showing the activity is great and useful.

Cons

Nothing. My experience with SignWll is good. It fulfils all the need I have - contacts list, documents signing and storage. All Good!

Pros

SignWell was very easy to use, great for beginners and I like that they give you three free documents a month with the free membership.

Cons

I wish that SignWell either let you update a document that you sent to someone or offered more than 3 free documents a month because I've had a few instances where a client wanted to revise a contract after it was already sent and I had to use another one of my "free document" credits to send a revised version.

Until it has the professional notoriety, it can feel slightly unprofessional. And often times I am signing legal documents that need an element of professional polish.

Overall, our experience with Signwell has been excellent. We are an automotive dealership in Maryland and we use it for our customers locally and in the U.S. I would definitely recommend this platform to anyone that is looking for this solution.

Pros

I have used Signwell quite a few times and the most impressive feature in general is the ease of use. All of the documents load very quickly and it placing the sections for signatures and initials is super easy.

Cons

So far, I have not found anything that I did not like about the platform. It works pretty well for all of our needs.
