Overall, I’m very satisfied. SignWell makes document signing fast and stress-free. The simplicity of the interface and the straightforward workflow make it a great tool for everyday use.

Pros

I really liked how clear and intuitive SignWell is. It’s easy to use, well-organized, and doesn’t overwhelm with unnecessary features. I also appreciate the ability to customize date formats.

Cons

So far, I haven’t come across any major downsides. Everything I needed worked smoothly.

Free, easy to use. Interface well designed, UX is smooth. Even basic tiers has enough features for me.

Cons

It’ll take me a while to re-set up my DocuSign templates on signwell for all of my agreement templates.

It has been a great experience. It’s exactly what I needed and didn’t take long for me to figure out how to use it.

Pros

It’s very easy, our friendly. I was able to figure out how to use it right away. Great value for the money.

Cons

I honestly haven’t found anything. I don’t like about it yet. I’m an occasional user so maybe as I get to use it and learn about it more. I can get better feedback.

Pros

Simple, straight forward document signing app. Great to be able to select the order in which people receive and sign the document.

Cons

Additional field types would be good. I.e a drop down option. The limit of 3 monthly document for a free account also feels low.

Overall experience with SignWell has been great. Easy to use and affordable.

Pros

Easy to use interface and the flexibility to add things like check boxes. Also, the product is affordable vs other similar platforms and performs just as well.

Cons

So far, there isn’t anything I haven’t liked. It would be nice to be able to create the doc from scratch inside the platform, but other than that everything has been great and works as it should.

It's as Simple as 1.2.3 I could go on, but I'd just be bragging! Honestly, just a wonderful experience

Pros

Signwell makes Document Signing and Contract Signing easier and efficent for me and seamless for clients, no need to print and scan wasting paper and ink

Cons

Have not had any issues so far, maybe just a little confusing when it comes to put in who signs the documents, but nothing major

Great! Happy that I found it. In the past I used docusign, and it just got confusing, hidden fees, etc. SignWell seems straightforward, no hidden fees, easy to use, etc.

Pros

So easy to use! I love how I can add multiple recipients, but am still able to customize the signing experience for each person -- it's not all the same. Great feature!

Cons

Nothing that I can think of! I love the clean interface, too.

I love the ease of use and simplicity. The sign on feature was helpful didn't make me create multiple accounts. The user interface was easy to use

None , the help tour was helpful and provided all the necessary info to get me started . I really love the whole experience entirely

It was very easy to navigate and use even without tutorials. However, there is help on the website as needed.

Cons

I liked everything especially with it being a free version. Typically, you would not expect a free version to offer everything you needed, but I felt this did.

I'm not a frequent user, but the few times I have used it, it's been awesome. Easy to set up and administer...enrollment was easy and provides good level of security and tracking

No negatives to mention, highly recommended for people not using frequently. Main negative is i wish i found it sooner

Pros

I love how easy it is to send important paperwork that needs to be signed by others. The tools it offers are easy to manage.

Cons

So far I have had no issues with Signwell. It has performed to my expectations. It's easy to upload documents and mail them over to be completed.

It was incredibly convenient—after a quick message saying, "Hey, I sent you a paper for your signature," I had the signed document back within 10 minutes for our visa application. And the best part? Both our visas were approved! Thanks to Signwell for making the process so seamless. Great work, and congratulations!

Pros

Easy to use, with a variety of fonts to choose from. I like the integration of adding documents. Simplicity is the key.

Cons

I would also prefer more individualized signatures. Being able to be given an option of a signature font which is closer to my actual would be better.

Very positive. It’s been a reliable and straightforward platform that does exactly what it promises. Great for quickly sending and signing documents without the clutter or complexity of other platforms.

Pros

Simple but effective. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it very easy to navigate. It took no time to get started, and everything just works. I'm very happy with the overall experience so far and would definitely recommend it to others.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t encountered any issues so far. If I had to mention something, maybe more advanced template options would be useful in the future, but that’s a minor suggestion.

Signwell is easy to use. I like the template functionality and it's great to have a free version if you don't have high voltage me and mainly use it for convenience. The interface is more simple than most high end solutions and that is good .

Cons

I have not found cons yet. My needs are simple, and this works just fine. It's not bloated with stuff I don't need.
