I really enjoy this experience. The ease of use and the entire process where I can stay organized and see when the document was viewed and that it is in process is amazing. Thank you SignWell.

Pros

I really love hoe simple and effective it is to use. I like seeing when the document was viewed and in progress. It's nice because I am busy, so it helps me stay organized and reach out to clients who haven't signed the proper documentations.

Cons

Nothing so far. I really like the service SIgnWell provides. Even better than DocuSign, dare I say that? In my opinion, I believe this is true.

It can very unorganized, and honestly, I thought it was me, but I would constantly make mistakes and because it was not intuitive.

My overall experience with SignWell has been outstanding. It helped streamline our document signing process, reduce turnaround times, and improve client satisfaction. The customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, which makes a big difference.

Pros

SignWell is incredibly easy to use and intuitive, even for first-time users. The document setup process is seamless, and the e-signature functionality works flawlessly.

Cons

While SignWell meets nearly all of our needs, we’d love to see even more advanced features added over time, but there really is nothing that is missing currently.

Its been easy to use, I like how I can just upload a doc and easily mark the places I need signed or intialed and send it off. I like how it updates me if the documents has been reviewed as well

Ease of use and the ability to add signatures lines and intial lines very easy. I like how it updates me if the documents has been reviewed as well

Cons

I have not figured out how to integrate it with out systems yet, but that is more on me not digging in.

Ease and convenience , signing up with portal is very easy then the uploading the documents and placement of signature and dates tied to sign is very good

Really great resource to have especially as an independent tutor not with a large company. I had a lot of trouble finding what I was looking for without having a spend a huge amount. Everything was easy to use and clients had no problem navigating it. A really useful tool to have and highly recommend!

Pros

It had all the features I needed and laid out simply in the way that I could figure out quickly and not become overwhelmed. It was also very easy to send out and the clients that received them had no problems adding their signatures and completing the document. Overall really pleased with it and also really appreciate there is a free version that can be used.

Cons

I was a bit confused at first when uploading documents as documents vs templates. Before uploading I wasn't sure what things I'd be able to change in the editor but after a little trial and error it became quite clear.

I would prefer if they sent fewer emails. I have already signed up for the free version. That should be enough of an ad for me to upgrade when necessary.

Simple, easy, has a free plan. It's made for quick results. I'm satisfied because I needed something simple.

Pros

SignWell is really easy to use. I was able to send documents in just a few minutes after signing up.

Cons

I wanted something easy to use, without having to spend a long time trying to understand every feature, but I guess some people want to have a lot of features because they need something advanced, but I didn't.

I have not used it long but I am using it for work and it has been extremely helpful, there are some documents that I do not want to drive out to get signed so using this service has been great!

Pros

The ease of usage, the way that I can get delivery notifications is very helpful as well. I enjoy using the product

Cons

No complaints so far, I have had a positive experience, there are no recommendations that I can make for improvement at this time.

Totally recommend SignWell. I had used DocuSign for years but when there was a glitch with my account and I couldn't send the documents, I looked for alternatives and found SignWell. SignWell was easy to use and more affordable, so I'll be using SignWell going forward.

Pros

I needed a convenient and affordable way to have some loan documents signed by multiple parties and SignWell made the process easy. The documents were out the door within 5 minutes and it was easy to track through the signing process.

Cons

I didn't dislike anything about the process. I will absolutely use SignWell for the next signature round as well.

Using SignWell to email agreements is very effective and efficient. You receive an email when the views the agreement and an email when the client signs it.

Pros

I could send a reminder which shows the client it came from SignWell not directly from me. I can indirectly chase the client to sign the document.

Cons

There are no cons. SignWell is very user-friendly and quick to set up. I was able to email the first agreement within minutes.

Tried a few times and works great. Like how it uses PDF files.

Pros

Very easy and simple to use. Easy to upload documents and mark areas to sign or initial. Found it to be better than DocuSign.

Cons

If preview option can be added before sending documents to recipients. Also add option to make the signature box bigger or smaller.

So far, it’s been a smooth and reliable experience. The platform does what it promises and has made handling documents much easier.

Pros

I discovered SignWell while looking for alternatives to other e-signature tools, and it ended up being exactly what I needed. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes the whole signing process really efficient.

Cons

It would be great to see more default auto-signing fields available for drag-and-drop, beyond just text, date, and name. For example, having an auto-filled “Title” field or other common metadata would save even more time.

We use it in a small business setting, and after testing pretty much all the alternatives this was found to be the best.

Pros

It works quickly and the interface is a lot simpler than the alternatives

Cons

Well it’s not free, and there is some friction when importing pdfs.

Positive, easy to use and helped me achieve my goal. DocuSign was rather expensive so I'm glad to have found SignWell when I needed it.

Pros

SignWell is easy to use and a life saver- I needed a way to sign a digital contract on short notice. I found SignWell with a quick google search and loved that they offered a free plan of signing a few documents per month. It was just what I needed in a pinch. The feature of being notified when your document was completed, along with the full log of events (when people first open the document, when they sign) are great additions.

Cons

Being capped to 3 documents per month was a bit limiting. I understand the reasoning behind it-trial periods are there so you get a taste of the product and decide it's worth upgrading.

I love that it’s user friendly. I like that I can send reminders to my clients to sign documents and it keeps everything organized.

I usually have strong criticisms for tools in Signwell's product category - and I have used a number of these. However, I have stayed with Signwell. So that says I love the tool.

Pros

So after a document is completed, first Signwell provides a digital identity to that document; in addition to this, there is usually this automated thread of document engagement attached at the end. This feature provides an extra layer of authenticity to documents.

Cons

Well, I know Signwell is a business and needs to make profit. However, I think 3 free running documents per time is quite restrictive - maybe 4-5 is ideal.
