It has great features, though utilizing it for small items should be more giving for trial. The trial ended almost instantly and did not get much time with the product.

Pros

It was seamless and easy to get important signatures from other people just utilizing their Gmail. It was easy to organize documents as well.

Cons

Needs a more robust trial window as it does have great features. Someone who can benefit from only needing to use it for 1-3 documents free at around 25 times max may be a suggestion.

Pros

This tool is very easy to use, from uploading docs, to adding signers, to tracking the actual signing

Cons

One of the signers had viewed the document, but had not signed until many weeks later. Would have been good to get a reminder.

Have used all the other major signing products. this is the easiest, most reasonable for private / individuals needing to send authorised electronic signatures

Pros

Ease of use. very easy very affordable, perfect for day to requirements for some one retired with a share portfolio needing to sia variety of docs all the time

Cons

Has the bells and whistles. I cannot fault the product for my needs. I am a small user with individual requirements but have used other programs. This covers everything

Overall, my experience with SignWell has been smooth and productive. It made document signing fast and efficient.

Pros

I really liked how easy it was to navigate SignWell. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to upload and manage documents for signing without any confusion.

Cons

While the overall experience was positive, it would be much better if there were an option to edit the text after uploading a template, as that would save a lot of time when needing to make minor changes.

The system works well and represents good value. It is simple and intuitive to use and the support is also very good.

Pros

On first use I found it intuitive and easy to understand the process. I also experienced very good chat support with an issue I was having. The free plan is excellent and allowed me to gain confidence in the system's capabilities.

Cons

I was unable to replace a document that had been only been viewed by the recipient. The only option was to delete the original signature flow and document and create a new one to attach the revised document.

I really enjoyed the free trial that allowed me the chance to see how it would work for our organization. It is so much easier than our previous document signer with all the securities we need!

Pros

It was so easy to use! I loved that everything had tutorials, the page was easy to navigate and I could add checkboxes with ease!

Cons

I didn't have any complaints... this is a great product

The operation of Signwell is very simple. I didn't even use the "Help" feature and was able to set up a new document and send it for signature in a very short time. It is a very user-friendly and practical tool for those who just want to use electronic signatures without setting up complex templates.

Pros

The interface is simple and clear, making it easy to operate. After uploading the file, the format is preserved perfectly.

Cons

1) The signing order cannot be set. 2) No adjustments can be made after the file is uploaded. 3) The signed file sent does not have encryption options. 4) The initiator does not receive any notifications indicating who has completed the signing process.

Its quick and easy to use and hinestly not bad to use, i love it as its convienient and helps our clients out

Cons

Pricing is not the best as its expensive for people who are starting up small businesses as we dont have a lot to put in.

My experience to date has been great. It's quite simple. The people that I am sending the documents to don't seem to have any issues understanding what to do either.

Pros

Great program that makes it simple to send a document to multiple people for signature. Especially useful for contracts.

Cons

At this stage, the only thing that I noticed was that I had set up one document and ended up cancelling it before sending it. It then thought that I had already sent 3 documents for the month. This wasn't an issue though, because a refresh of the screen rectified the issue.

SignWell has a straight forward interface. It was very easy for me to create a document and get signatures. The ability to sequence signatures was a nice plus.

Cons

Great experience. It took a few minutes to get acclimated to the interface. After the onboarding, I was able to create documents with ease.

As a Virtual Assistant, I've tested a wide range of e-signature tools over the years—some were clunky, others overpriced, and a few just didn’t deliver what I needed. Signwell has been a game-changer. It’s incredibly user-friendly, straightforward to set up, and offers all the essential features without the hefty price tag. In my experience, it's hands down the best value for money.

Cons

So far, I haven’t run into any cons. It’s been smooth, reliable, and does exactly what I need. A great find!

I've only used it once so far, but so far so good. Easy to use, no hidden costs. Very happy with it and will use again for new clients.

Pros

I am a freelancer and needed a contract signing system to use with a new client. I found SignWell easy to use and checked with the client and they also found it straightforward. Good UX for me, good UX for client = everything I need.

Cons

Honestly, the only downside was the hesitation about using SignWell for the first time. I wasn't sure what to expect or how easy it would be for my client to use. There were no problems at either end, so I needn't have worried.

Pros

Ease of use, I found the work flow easy to understand, formatting of documents and placing attributes for signature was easy

Cons

Nothing stood out as a negative to me. I liked using the product. Only possible negative is the ongoing cost

Positive. I needed a signature and was able to obtain it without a problem. The person I sent it to was new to e-signatures but signed easily.

Pros

Very easy to use. The sign up process was no issue. Same with the upload and transmission process. Everything was easy

Cons

I didn’t have any issues. I needed one signature and got it easily. Perhaps you could combine the service with online notaries. lol

I was surprised by how easy and fast this product was to use. It reminded me of many of my existing apps, such as Excel and Google Workspace, and that familiarity helped.

Pros

It was very intuitive and easy to use. Easier than Docusign. It had a clean design. The prompting was great. I like how you can create labels

Cons

I haven't used it enough to get a sense of any issues that I may have. I did miss the initial piece in my agreement- not sure if this was a user error b/c my eyes are crap or b/c the font that it was in didn't stand out.

Been a good one :) Happy with the signing experience and will continue to use the product for signing.

Pros

The fact that there is a free tier to test the product and use it for the occasional document is amazing. As a company ramps up and more documents need to be signed, the next tier is available and at a reasonable price.

Cons

The mechanism for where to sign and initial could be a bit easier to use. Creating the box for where the signature goes is not as straight formward.
