### "Bulk signing works but slighly complicated"

I used it to sign the monthly meeting minutes of my housing board committee once per month, but recently, we needed to rewrite the contract for our garage, approx 50 contracts. This was slightly complex to get started and it was a fairly deep learning curve, however, we also learned that this might be quite usefor moving forward managing the contracts.

Pros

The solution makes what it is supposed to at an affordable price.

Cons

The bulk signing wasn't very well explained and a bit tricky to get going.

Reason for choosing SignWell

We did not look at any of those in your list but rather DocuSign, Adobe and some local Swedish vendors. Delivered an easy straightforward method to sign our monthly meeting minutes for free. Not having it in Swedish was initially an issue but simplicity overcame that one.

Easy to use and love the lower cost. Tried a few of the other big names on the market but found this overall one of the best to use

Pros

Signwell is really easy to use :) and is more affordable than many of its competitors. I found it easy to set up templates.

Cons

Generally it is an easy platform to use. It took me a little while to get my head around but overall very easy.

Pros

I really love that SignWell is super easy to use and user-friendly, even for those who are not tech-savvy.

Cons

The only real drawback is the fact that documents from SignWell have the tendency to end up in spam.

Pros

It is an easy and affordable solution to issue of managing and signing documents in a virtual age! Uploading, signing, and sending is easy.

Cons

No major issues! Some of the click interfaces are a bit clunky to figure out at first, but once you spend some time with it, everything is great.

Overall I think its a great budget-friendly option. Especially for new business owners looking to grow their business and want to protect themself and their clients.

Pros

I appreciate how simple it is to create and add signature boxes for the designated people, and send it to them.

Cons

I received feedback from one person that they couldn't fill in one of the needed boxes (their phone number), I wasn't sure why that happened, but we ended up figuring it out.

Tried DocuSign int he past and this was much easier to navigate for us. I use it for my land acquisition business as well as for my marketing agency to execute contracts.

Pros

Great and easy to use for us as the sender and our recipients. Turn around time after sending it was quick and the feedback we got from our clients was that it was easy for them.

Cons

I can not think of any cons at this time as I'm a new user but it seems very straight-forward to me. No complaints from clients.

Pros

Easy to use for me to setup the documents and send. I have not had any complaints from my clients when using this app. Have been very happy with the results.

It was easy to use an pain free. I uploaded the document, inserted my email, the client's email and sent it for sign. That was realy easy.

Pros

The process was realy easy for me and the client. I loved that there is a history of everything we did and the documents gets a digital id. I sent a contract on a client regarding a wedding photography and videography services. To sign the document was realy easy for both of us with just 1-2 clicks.

Cons

I haven't found anything that bothered me. Everything was really easy even though it was my first time using digital signature on my documents.

Pros

SignWell is very user-friendly. I found it to be an efficient e-signature platform that makes sending, signing, and managing documents seamless. The intuitive interface, and automated follow up of the signed docs sent and received saved time and streamlined my workflows. While limited, I do appreciate the free version to test it. I really like the fast document processing, which keep deals moving smoothly. Overall, I would recommend it as a great solution for hassle-free electronic signatures!

Cons

The free version has restrictions, such as a cap on the number of documents you can send per month. I wish it were more like 10 or option to purchase one-off docs instead of a full plan.

SignWell free tier helps Indie Studio like me a lot, especially when we do not have much documents to send. Overall experience is very good, everything is very smooth and easy.

Pros

Not gonna lie, it's the 3 Document sending per months got me attracted. And the features to add Sign, Date with just few clicks is amazing.

Cons

SignWell doesn't have a pay per use strategy. Say for a small team, we don't use Docusign often. Therefore, paying 10bucks per month just to send one or two extra document from the free tier, it's extremely expensive.
