Highly recommend to everyone! Pros I love how the plans are perfect for business owners and freelancers of all sizes. Everything's organized in a dashboard for easy future reference, and clients can sign the document in just a few minutes, which makes it easier to build trust with new clients. Cons What I like least about SignWell is that I didn't discover it earlier when I was starting my online marketing career. I've dealt with numerous similar programs that overcharge for small volume users, and SignWell has made sure I never deal with them again. Pros I absolutely love signwell.I was having such a hard time with the other platforms.I was trying to use to get my contracts out.And still make them look professional.And integrate with my automations, and this works perfectly, i'm so happy.I found this and the price is great.So much cheaper than all the other platforms I have been using. Management of my documents are so easy to find and locate. They're easily stored easy to submit over to my carriers. Best platform I have come across. Cons Once I started using SignWell as an easy way to get signatures for my podcast guest agreement, I wanted it for my coaching client agreements as well, but ran out of free use. I understand though - they proved the product's value to me. Im so glad I switched- IMO, they are best in the market and have a customer for life! Pros By far it’s the most simple and clear tool out there. Other tools can be confusing to use and I got tired of complicated interface so I switched and I’m very happy I did. Cons Out of dozens of people I’ve sent documents to, one person said they couldn’t use it for some technical reason. Note sure why, and it was only one out of many. With the exception of not knowing exactly where to place the drag and drop items, the process was friendly. Pros I first used Signwell about 2 weeks ago to facilitate the signing of a contract. It was a very simple process. I uploaded the document and used their drag and drop feature to place where I wanted the signatures and dates. They made it simple to add the recipients email and name. When I was finished, I chose to send it. My client immediately got and email with a link in order to proceed with their signature. We both then got a copy of the signed contract and Signwell maintains a copy of the document on file. Cons I might suggest that you provide an instruction video on your web page showing exactly where to drop the signature and date features. It overlapped into the typed word "signature". Pros The API is straightforward, well documented, and easy to embed within a SaaS workflow. We were able to integrate signature generation into our product with minimal engineering effort. Signature requests reach clients without issues and the signing interface is extremely simple for end users. Cons No Sandbox available for testing. She doesn’t like handling contracts or tech, and I worried a paper copy might get lost. SignWell let me send and store everything digitally, which gave me peace of mind. It’s been a huge help—buyers can sign in advance, I don’t need to keep paper copies, and we’ve even improved our process so pickups happen at my mom’s without the extra travel. It’s streamlined the contract signing process for us. For a early-stage business, pricing and ease are key features and it ticked both boxes. I can simply upload my custom-made templates that have been agreed upon and share for the final signing. I particularly liked the fact that it shows the journey stages of the document during the contract signing process. The onboarding and support were very prompt and therefore thoroughly pleased with the overall process. Cons Honestly, there has been nothing major thus far that leaves a negative impression. I was looking for an app to use with a tenant to sign a rental agreement. I knew he didn't have access to a printer, and wouldn't be able to print, sign, scan and send back to me, so I decided to try SignWell. The document upload process was simple, marking the areas to initial and sign (for both of us) was simple, sending out for signatures was simple, and best of all, everything was free! I don't think I could have found a better deal. Thank you for providing this great product for those of us who only need to use something like this once or twice a year. Cons There is nothing that I can think of that I disliked about using SignWell. I am thrilled to find this product for use, and it's free.
