Cons Sometimes we have customers who find their information goes to their spam folders so we have to make sure to communicate that so information isn't missed. I wish I didn't have to use a service like this but that's not SignWell's fault. This is really a great option for other businesses. Cons I wish there was a way to make the boxes the same width as the others so that it looks uniformed. We are able to use it for our HIPAA forms for patients to easily access. Pros SignWell has been a handy tool to have at our small office. It is nice to be able to send to multiple patients at a time. It saves us time being able to send forms to patients prior to their appointment. Cons We only have the free version currently. Not having the option for sending links to forms is inconvenient and only being able to only send to 3 senders at a time is a downfall. I also love how seamless it is to track document status and get notified when everything’s signed. Cons Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If anything, I’d love to see more integrations - specifically with certain payment gateways like Square. I was able to take a document I had upload it, add info that I needed for my client and send it all within a few minutes. He had it back to me quickly and had no issues signing it. Cons Nothing has been bad so far. I’m new to Signwell but it has been super so far and it’s easy to contact them & I received a super fast reply!! The software was easy to use but also provided many other features I could use when required. Pros I liked that the website and software was easy to use, as well as an efficient product. I liked that I was able to receive a free trial to try the product out. The pricing is very fair. Cons This is not a necessarily a bad review, just a couple things that I would change if I could. 1) I wish I could cancel the document, after I signed the document, but the receiver has not yet opened the document yet or before they sign. 2) The signature line was a bit misleading. Great UI, customer support, and very cost effective. It makes signing new leases seamless because my tenants and I can sign virtually. I'll be using Signwell for all my new tenants! Pros It is easy to use and the UI is seamless is very nice. Setup is fast, you can send unlimited docs for free which was a major selling point for me since I am a one-person business. Editing the pdf template I use is also very easy, and I like that it stores my leases all in one place so I can easily reference them. Cons I haven't found any cons so far! I don't really like executing contracts and don't want to spend time troubleshooting them. I just want to look professional with my clients and get the administrative things out of the way. SignWell makes all of this easy. Pros It's completely straightforward and easy to use — both for me and my clients. For example, when I set up my first document for signing I was invited to watch a (blessedly short!) video explaining how to add signature and other fields to the PDF. Cons I don't know that I've found anything to dislike about the product itself. SignWell doesn't have the same name recognition as some competitors, which might give some people pause, but hasn't been an issue for me. Cons The only thing I would add to SignWell is a scheduling feature like we have in email. Also, once a document is sent, it can’t be edited. I'm a visual person, so the videos helped. It was also easy for the other person that needed to sign the document as well. Lastly, I didn't have to physically send him a copy. There was an option to send him a copy, and I clicked yes. Cons I'm not sure. I haven't used it very much. However, if anything comes up I will let the SignWell team know.
