If my requirements increased I would definitely consider staying with SignWell and subscribing to a paid plan. Pros We generally send a couple documents (employment contracts mainly) a month and this was the perfect solution. Super easy to use! Cons The only thing I got caught with was only being able to send the completed document to 2 emails (on the free plan). This was fine though as I just forward it on to the people needed once completed. My clients find it very easy to use and the process is quick, as long as I delegate where they are supposed to sign. Again, a location to include a third party signature if the client you are working with is through a third party. Find some way for them to get the document as well via email but they DON'T have to sign it. Pros The ease of use with this product. Signing client documents for them and allowing them to download and review them has been a huge plus. Cons One little gripe is that if the document is required to be signed by the client, but the client is working with another third-party vendor, I can't seem to add a secondary recipient for the document's signing. I was able to achieve this target in less than 1 hour and a happy customer that loves the easy sign process I have in place. Pros I love the easy way I could customize my agreement and send it to my customer. In less than 1 hour I received the signed document and a happy customer. I also like that I could categorize each document to easy manage them in SignWell Cons I would like to be able to integrate with Webhooks and Google Tag Manager to be able to use SignWell with more applications I work with. May 27, 2025 5.0 I loved the product at first sight, like I said, for how simple it is. I've been looking for something better than acrobat for a long time, and I finally found it with SignWell: cheaper and better, simply awesome. Pros What I most like about SignWell is how simple it is to fill and send documents; I had a lot of problems with Adobe, for example, that did not happen with SignWell. It just works, I don't need to do a lot of work to send documents and that saves a lot of time. Cons I think it could have a little more functions, like a droplist and a better autofill function; however, that's not really that big of a deal. If I needed to make any changes and resend it that is just as simple of a process. It guarantees secure signings with process tracking so I am able to follow up when needed. The price for the convenience and security is an easy decision to keep this as one of my main business tools. Cons I had a client tell me she was not able to fill in the “fill in the blanks” section of my contract. Even after resending she claimed to still have difficulties but I just resent it without the blanks and it was completed. That is the only thing I did not like about my experience thus far. Turnaround times have improved a lot since switching, especially for time-sensitive deals. Also like that it keeps everything organized and sends reminders automatically, which saves me from chasing signatures. Pros It is extremely practical and easy to use with a nice selection of electronic signatures perfect for signing all sorts of documents/contracts etc. Lots of additional features too that are highly useful for both individual and business users. A bit of AI in parsing documents and quickly placing the signature box can help, for example i missed putting a signature box as the document had multiple signature sections, it should have prompted me to check. Overall good tool. Pros It's a really easy to use tool and also captures the time stamps along with other security features. Cons It would be better if the document captures the time stamp and name with the signature, this will reduce the need for someone to go to the bottom of the document for tracing the time stamp. Also, the certificate description of the document at the top (all signatures are valid) section will also help.
