This is a very well built apps for smaller company. Pros signwell has a clean and simple layout that is straightforward. It does the work with no hassle locked features that prohibits the documents to be signed. It takes a just a few minutes to get started and I didn't need any support. It's perfect for a small business that feel SaaS products like Docusign are too expensive. SignWell pricing is quite reasonable. Pros SignWell is really easy to use. Very simple: attach a document, tag where you want the document signed / fill in fields and compose a notification to the recipients email address. It gets everything I need done with esignatures for my contracts and agreements. Cons I haven't been using SignWell long enough to find anything that would be a nice to have or needs improvement. The only things I can suggest at this stage is if I could change the colors on the UI. I'm also not sure, but if email reminders aren't sent for signatures, that is important to include. They really care about how they treat their clients and in business that means the world. Pros I have liked the simplicity and easiness that comes along with SignWell. I have used other electronic signitures in the past such as Docusign, and while their platform is simple, their pricing is not. If you are looking for all the features of the others at the best cost, then SignWell is your answer. Cons Can't think of one thing that I dislike about the service. In comparison to other high priced alternatives, this is by far the best bang for your buck. I needed something that made it easy for clients to hit ‘send’, while I work from anywhere. Cons Not much yet. It’s pretty seamless / easy to keep working with. If I had to nitpick, I don’t like that I can’t just host the doc somewhere. I’m forced into having Signwell facilitating the entire process, so the email is sent separate from my own - which adds a layer of inconvenience in explaining it to my customer. But, not a deal breaker - most people are familiar with this and DocuSign, I suppose. In the past we had used docusign, but had issues with it, and as Business Manager I was tasked to find a substitute, and quick. I found SignWell to be the perfect fit. Downloading our Operating Agreement literally only took seconds. Plenty of fields to choose from for signing and it was a seamless experience. The emails went out immediately for our members to sign, and the whole process was effortless. Highly Recommended! Pros SignWell worked as promised. I edit my contract for the particular project and just drag and drop to upload it to signwell. Then you just drag the different fields that you want filled out onto the contract – like signature, initials, date… things like that – enter the person‘s name and email, and done, they tell you when it’s been signed. It’s intuitive and simple. Cons The only thing I wish was different is that I’m not able to edit the contents of the contract once it has been uploaded to signwell. That doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not possible just that I haven’t been able to easily figure out how to do it. It’s not a huge deal. When needed, I just edit it on my computer and upload it again, which takes two seconds. Pros One of the best things about SignWell is the mobile signing feature. Our team works with graduates all over the country, so giving them the option to complete their Verification of Employment quickly and easily on their phones is a huge plus. It removes barriers for our students and helps us keep our processes moving without delays. Cons One thing we liked least about SignWell is that once you send a document for signing, the “Get Link” feature becomes disabled.
