December 10, 2025 5.0 It has all the basic features I need when it comes to contract and document signing, I've not had anything negative to say about it, it does what it said it does. Pros I've used many e-signers before and Signwell seems to be the most straight forward, with great features and a great UI. Cons Honestly I am struggling to find a reason to not like it, I only use it for basic tasks and it does those perfectly. Pros I really liked how there were options to sign & date along with email and more to add onto the document. I also liked how I was able to place the signature where ever I needed. Finally, I liked how I was able to send a signature request via email along with cc'ing myself to ensure the email was received. Cons I did not have anything that I had that I least liked about SignWell. If I do, I will surely provide feedback. Pros I love the price and the features. It has everything the costlier options cost have but at a fraction of the cost. There is no need to waste money - use SignWell instead. I am so glad I found this. Cons The only thing I didn't really like was how long it took me to find out about it. I was frustrated with the better known digital signing tool because their costs went up and they had a 'use it or lose it' pricing model. SignWell was a great discovery. Cons The only downside I find is that I can't sign my portion of a document within the signature request workflow, I have to send the document to myself and then sign it there. This is very minor, and overall I like SignWell. It removes barriers to closing with clients and simplifies the process on my end and theirs. It also doesn't try to be more than it needs to be. I need some fillable fields I can drag and drop into an existing or newly created document, with signatures, and that's exactly what it is. My wishlist item of being able to edit text or remove images from an imported document is a big ask but not a make it or break it perk. As it stands, I do believe I'll be happy using Signwell for some time. Pros Easy to use...UI is great. And the whole process makes it easy on the client. Cons Nothing I like least...more of a wishlist item. I just wish I could edit text from documents that have been imported. Or remove an image from an imported doc.
