It's a good e-signature platforms that offers all the features you need. It's simple to use when setting up a document for signatures, as well as to sign.

Pros

Ease of Use, Value for Money, simple user interface, updates when parties have signed their end of the document.

Cons

Nothing so far. It has all the functions i need. Im a small business owner and i just need a few documents signed every now and then.

Overall, 10 out of 10. Super easy to use for my self and partners to sign agreements. SignWell has been my 1 stop place now.

Pros

SignWell is incredibly easy to use and works flawlessly. The interface is simple, fast, and makes sending and signing documents a breeze. It’s easily one of the best e-sign platforms I’ve used. Clients have also found it super easy to sign for both parties as well! Just an awesome tool all around.

Cons

Nothing at all Filling space because there are no cons in my opinion, working with SignWell for my signed docs.

I am very pleased with my experience! It does everything I need it to from entering signatures, to time and dates, and gives me the time stamp sheet of when someone saw it, signed it, etc.

Pros

It's ease of use to upload my pdf document and mark it up with exact requests where needed.

Cons

There were not any issues I experienced with Signwell. It worked as intended and provided the appropriate "paper"/audit trail.

Signwell was free if you don't plan on doing many digital signature requests, which was my situation. I do maybe 1 or 2 a month.

I've had a really good experience with SignWell so far. Other than not being able to send more than 3 documents a month on the free plan, I have no issues with them.

Pros

It's easy to use, and I can customize my documents as much as I want to before uploading them into the software.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to send more than 3 documents on the free plan. Other than that, I have nothing further to say.

Very easy to set up a business account. After using competing solutions for over 15 years, all expected features are just there in SignWell and needed minimal tweaking to get right.

Pros

SignWell has a simple and easy to use interface. Learning how to use it was simple. Sending contracts for signature was easy too, and the messaging and communication to the other signers was detailed and easy to follow (even for low tech people). The pricing model is much more accessible for smaller businesses like mine. Highly recommended!

Cons

I had simple requirements and SignWell answered them easily and with minimal setup. I didn't have anything I didn't like :)

Pros

Easy to use and provided a eSign Certificate. Good pricing compared to Docusign since Signwell has unlimited documents in their plan

I wish the custom branding was available on the Light version, but other than was better than my current service provider

I've had a great experience so far, the process is way easier and more simple when it comes to sending documents.

Pros

I love how easy it is to upload a pdf that is already filled out, and add the signatures needed to get the document signed. It's so much easier than using docusign and having the ability to track the document is cool as well.

Cons

I've barely started using signwell and I have not ran into any issues or problems. This is literally the best way to send and sign documents. I can't wait to fully switch over from docusign.

Very positive, being someone who used to have to ‘wet sign’ a lot of documents this is a practical and user friendly.. not to mention time saving..way of document management.

Pros

It is extremely practical and easy to use with a nice selection of electronic signatures perfect for signing all sorts of documents/contracts etc. Lots of additional features too that are highly useful for both individual and business users.

Cons

Nothing whatsoever my side. I don’t claim to be the most tech friendly person but I think you would struggle to find fault with this product.

The site has been very helpful compared to other sites. I tried a few others including docusign which made things complicated and had way too many options. I like the simplicity of the interface when creating documents and my team has found it easy to use.

Pros

This site is very easy to use. It is obvious the developers wanted the user experience to be simple and quick.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like yet. We are very pleased with everything we've done.

Signed up on their free tier - really easy to use and did exactly what I needed. No issue with switching from more well known competitors - signatories were happy to sign and did not question it.

Cons

No issues with the service - it has done everything I needed. I initially had some brand concerns sbout switching from the industry standard but those were unfounded.

Very satisfying. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I really appreciate how smooth it is for both senders and recipients.

Pros

It's very straight forward and easy to use. It's also very fast. The minute my client signed the document, I received it.

Cons

If you can add a drawing feature in SignWell, it would be better. I need to edit/draw the document before sending it in SignWell.

Cons

There really isn’t anything I can think of. But, if I had one thing, it would be the interface felt a bit dated.

Overall I really like signWell. It provides everything I need to provide my clients with required informed consent paperwork in a way that is convenient & professional.

Pros

It was easy to upload my existing document and place signature fields exactly where needed. The automated email tracking and final documentation are really nice to have. The site was easy to understand & seems to have some really nice additional features. I also like that the email that goes to client, If you don't have a link, has a customizable message & they can see it shows from me in their inbox.

Cons

I am a single low volume practitioner, so Instead of a monthly fee it might be nice to have a pay per use feature.

Pros

Great for a start-up trying to manage costs. Customer support is super responsive - got back to me with 30min. Extremely intuitive UI. I didn't even have to watch any videos to get started.

Cons

I would have loved to be able to send a few more contracts on the free tier as I was testing out their functionality and ran out of documents to send before I could thoroughly play around with their features

Good tool, a little more work and it can be amongst the top tools. A bit of AI in parsing documents and quickly placing the signature box can help, for example i missed putting a signature box as the document had multiple signature sections, it should have prompted me to check. Overall good tool.

Pros

It's a really easy to use tool and also captures the time stamps along with other security features.

Cons

It would be better if the document captures the time stamp and name with the signature, this will reduce the need for someone to go to the bottom of the document for tracing the time stamp. Also, the certificate description of the document at the top (all signatures are valid) section will also help.

very easy to use. templates were easy to create and the text box areas match up nicely. i like the trail of actions that comes with every report. this is much better platform than others i have tried recently.

Cons

i liked the support, the ease of use and the document management. My customers seem very pleased with the ease of use as well.

Our overall experience with SignWell has been very good so far. The platform is simple to navigate, quick to set up, and easy for both our team and our graduates to use. It has definitely helped us streamline the process and cut down on unnecessary back-and-forth. The customer support team has also been very responsive and helpful every step of the way.

Pros

One of the best things about SignWell is the mobile signing feature. Our team works with graduates all over the country, so giving them the option to complete their Verification of Employment quickly and easily on their phones is a huge plus. It removes barriers for our students and helps us keep our processes moving without delays.

Cons

One thing we liked least about SignWell is that once you send a document for signing, the “Get Link” feature becomes disabled. In our work, we sometimes need to resend a link directly to a graduate or employer if they lose the original email or need it resent to a different address.

I have had nothing but great overall experience with SignWell. They really care about how they treat their clients and in business that means the world.

Pros

I have liked the simplicity and easiness that comes along with SignWell. I have used other electronic signitures in the past such as Docusign, and while their platform is simple, their pricing is not. If you are looking for all the features of the others at the best cost, then SignWell is your answer.

Cons

Can't think of one thing that I dislike about the service. In comparison to other high priced alternatives, this is by far the best bang for your buck.
