It is easy to use and offers competent and fast support, either by email or via Discord. I switched all my servers from another tool to Ploi, which was quite easy and quick. Pros Easy to use and a lot of possibilities to manage my servers. Cons Less integrations with external services. Switched from [Forge](https://www.capterra.com/p/234049/Laravel-Forge/) More possibilities with Ploi and data privacy (Ploi is EU based). The Ploi UI has a helpful and clear structure and most things are automated and have recipes for deployment. Cons I'm quite happy with Ploi, there are no big or any cons here. Pros It is in constant development, they keep security updates up to date and from time to time they add new features that users request. https://ploi.io/roadmap Add all the features that a developer or website administrator can ask for. Something that I have not seen on other platforms of the same type, is the management of Cloudflare's DNS from the same platform. Cons Support is slow, but on the other hand it is very rare to find a platform issue that requires support. Also the cost at the moment has increased, in 2019 they added new functionalities where they created a more expensive plan with all the features as Site Monitoring, File Explorer and Status pages. They are basic functions that any freelance developer needs. Perhaps the only function that should be integrated into the most expensive plan is Team Management because it is for agencies.
