Client de Modelo Office (ex Netty), je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant la qualité de service que nous subissons depuis plusieurs semaines. Depuis le 11 juin 2026, nous ne recevons plus aucun e-mail. Malgré de multiples relances, nous n'avons obtenu aucune information claire sur l'origine du problème, aucun délai de résolution et, surtout, aucun rappel de la part des personnes censées assurer le suivi de nos demandes. Cette panne majeure intervient après plusieurs mois de dysfonctionnements récurrents : e-mails non reçus en provenance de certains domaines (Orange Pro, Wanadoo, etc.), problèmes de signatures électroniques, bugs divers impactant directement notre activité professionnelle. Les conséquences sont très concrètes : nous avons manqué des demandes de clients, perdu en réactivité et laissé passer des opportunités commerciales simplement parce que nous ne recevions pas les messages qui nous étaient adressés. Pour une entreprise dont l'activité repose sur la communication avec ses clients, cette situation est particulièrement préjudiciable et engendre un véritable manque à gagner. Pour une société dont les outils sont au cœur du fonctionnement quotidien de ses clients, cette situation est tout simplement inacceptable. Le manque de communication et l'absence totale de suivi sont aujourd'hui presque plus préoccupants que les problèmes techniques eux-mêmes. Nous avons fait preuve de patience et de compréhension, mais celle-ci atteint désormais ses limites. Après plusieurs années de collaboration, nous sommes aujourd'hui contraints d'envisager sérieusement un changement de prestataire si aucune réponse concrète, aucun interlocuteur clairement identifié et aucune solution rapide ne nous sont apportés. J'espère que cet avis permettra enfin d'obtenir le retour que nous attendons depuis plusieurs jours et que les engagements pris envers les clients seront à nouveau à la hauteur des services annoncés.

Je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite de l'application MODELO. Depuis une semaine, je ne reçois plus aucun e-mail via la plateforme, ce qui est extrêmement problématique pour un agent immobilier dont l'activité repose essentiellement sur la communication avec ses clients. Lorsqu'un outil de travail aussi essentiel ne fonctionne plus correctement, cela peut avoir un impact direct sur notre activité et nos revenus. L'absence totale de réception des e-mails depuis plusieurs jours rend la situation particulièrement critique. Cette panne a également des conséquences directes, les personnes qui nous contactent pour obtenir des informations ou organiser une visite ne reçoivent aucun retour de notre part, ce qui génère de l'insatisfaction et donne une image négative de notre agence. Pire encore, ces prospects se tournent naturellement vers d'autres agences proposant les mêmes biens. Cela entraîne une perte de visites, de contacts qualifiés et potentiellement de ventes. J'attends une résolution rapide de ce problème, car dans l'état actuel, l'application ne répond pas aux exigences d'un usage professionnel fiable. Une telle défaillance sur un outil de communication est inacceptable lorsqu'elle impacte directement l'activité commerciale de ses utilisateurs.

Avis de valeur très complet et précis , utilisation assez instinctive, outils d'aide très utiles, et suivi formation facile

Cons

je rencontre régulièrement des problèmes de connexion ainsi que divers bugs qui compliquent l'utilisation de l'application, jusqu'à ce jour résolu.

Ils sont compétitifs en terme de prix, l'application est simple à utiliser mais les prestations supplémentaires ont un coup non négligeable, quelques manquements qui font perdre du temps et des éléments non intégrés pourtant utiles à note profession.

Client des premières heures de la solution NETTY, nous en avons toujours été très satisfait. L'année 2022 NETTY nous a réservé de belles surprises avec l'intégration de plusieurs nouveaux outils pour notre plus grand bonheurs. A l'heure où chacun de nous pestons régulièrement sur les services SAV où d'assistance qui ne répondent pas où sont incompétents, je dois signaler ici que du côté de chez NETTY, c'est tout le contraire avec une réactivité et un professionnalisme sans faille. Je recommande cette solution à tous les professionnels de l'immobilier. Pour conclure, étant en Lorraine, nous sommes heureux d'avoir un acteur local.

NETTY est vraiment un logiciel intuitif complet à un prix abordable. Une prise en main rapide et facile avec un très bon service client. Tout est parfait

Le logiciel Netty est l’outil indispensable pour les professionnels de l’immobilier. Il regroupe au même endroit tous les outils nécessaires qui permettent à l’agent immobilier de gérer efficacement sa protection, sa mise en ligne, sa gestion client. Également possible d’assembler la visite virtuelle, retoucher les photos… Plus besoin de naviguer entre plusieurs applications tout est dans NETTY

Cons

La seule chose qui j’ai pas aimé c’est que l’application smartphone est un peu démunie d’options on peut juste faire les tâches basiques.
