Product Designer Consumer Goods ### "Compare versions and links without registration: graphical revisions finally made easy" 5.0 Overall Rating 5.0 5.0 Ease of Use 5.0 5.0 Features 5.0 5.0 Customer Service 5.0 5.0 Likelihood to Recommend 10/10 March 11, 2026 Pros I've been using it for a few months to manage graphical revisions of my products, and I have to say it's solved a problem I've had for years: the classic infernal circle of emails with attachments, randomly renamed versions, and clients commenting on blurry screenshots via WhatsApp. The thing I appreciate most is the version comparison system—there are four different modes, and the "Difference" mode in particular is something I didn't know I needed so much. You upload the old and new versions, and the software highlights exactly what's changed. It seems trivial until you realize how much time you were wasting checking every corner by eye. The fact that external reviewers can access it via a link without registering is also a huge convenience: clients don't want to create yet another account, so they open the link, leave comments directly on the file with the annotations, and that's it. In short, it's one of those tools that makes your life easier. Cons I would like it to be possible to have the Italian language in the future, which is currently missing. I was using a projects management tool and it became way to complicated to manage. This streamlined the whole process. Pros Approval Studio provides a simple workflow for managing content creation with our contractors and clients. Simple project management, easy access to relevant files, and handles client feedback and proofing seamlessly. Adobe integration is a time saver, they just need to provide mm option in addition to pixels. Cons The lack of custom domains or custom emails. Email editor requires a fair bit of editing to get the look right. We needed to send an email to our clients letting them know to expect an email from the approval studio, so they wouldn't ignore it as spam. Switched from [Zoho Projects](https://www.capterra.com/p/169455/Zoho-Projects/) Zoho Projects was a little too complicated and required a large learning curve to onboard clients into the proofing and review process.
