June 9, 2026

5.0

Overall, our experience with has been everything we ever hoped for when we were implementing it. ### "Solid work MGMT solution"

May 2, 2026

3.0

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with . It’s one of the better tools for project and task management, especially for teams trying to stay aligned on work. When used consistently, it helps reduce confusion and improves visibility across projects. However, it works best when the whole team is committed to using it properly and keeping things organized.

Pros

makes it very easy to keep track of tasks and projects in one place. I like how flexible it is—you can switch between list, board, and timeline views depending on how you like to work. It’s especially helpful for collaborating with a team because everything is transparent and easy to assign, comment on, and track. The integrations with other tools also make it fit smoothly into a broader workflow.

Cons

It can start to feel a bit overwhelming when projects get large or when too many features are used at once. There’s a learning curve for new users, and not everyone uses it consistently, which can reduce its effectiveness. Some of the more advanced features are also locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting.

### "Great Once You're Onboarded fully"

March 24, 2026

4.0

Pros

is easy to use once you are integrated into it's systems. It easily connects with other services like Salesforce and Asana. It helps keep tasks and projects well organized and tracked, especially for large teams. The dashboarding features are great for reporting.

Cons

The on ramping to is pretty steep. It has a lot of very specific functions, terminology, and infrastructural / design set-up that takes a while to get acclimated to as a new user. When Asana does have bugs or technical issues, the support team can take a while to get through to.

### "Can't Live Without It!"

May 18, 2026

5.0

has been used in my personal life, in Boards that I participate on, and in my day job. I would be lost without Asana!

Pros

makes it so easy to share status updates and assign steps to a group while working on a project. I think it's extremely reasonable pricing for the value that you get; truly, I would use this on my own dime if my company didn't pay for it. There are features that are flexible that help really organize whatever is needed.

Cons

There are areas that can be rigid with the task tracking. Once you get the hang of the setup, it's okay, but still cumbersome.

It has been especially helpful for managing larger projects with many moving parts.

Pros

Pros: Easy to organize projects, tasks, deadlines, and team responsibilities Multiple project views including list, board, calendar, and timeline Strong collaboration and task-tracking features Helpful automation tools and integrations with many other platforms Scales well from individual use to larger teams and businesses

Cons

Cons: There can be a learning curve because of the number of features available Notifications can sometimes feel overwhelming if not managed carefully Some advanced reporting and automation tools are only available on higher-tier plans The interface can occasionally feel cluttered for new users

### "I'm a fan of Asana!"

May 26, 2026

4.0

Pros

I love the UI of . I think it's really sleek and it works for my brain! I think it has great features and I enjoy messing around on it and exploring different ways of organizing tasks. It really helps me keep track of myself and my team.

Cons

Similar to other tools like that I have used-- I think Asana has too much capability-- they try to be flexible to cater to as many differetn workflows as possible, but instead, they confuse their customer base on how the product is intended to be used. I wish they had a more developed "best practices" offering for their customers.

### "Reliable Tool For Handling Complex Projects"

June 19, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been positive, although there was a slight learning curve at the begining we were able to adapt and manage the complexity of large projects.

Pros

What I like least about is the initial learning curve, it can require some time to get used to it , maybe more video guides could help.

Cons

What I like most about is how it handles organization at scale, it's how it helps you model a clear view on multiple teams, timelines and tasks all in one single workspace.

### "Awareness and competence in perfect combo"

January 21, 2026

5.0

Support has been outstanding and social engagement substantial. It is extremely user friendly and has literally changed my life and the effectiveness of the organisation.

Pros

is a company of high social integrity. We tried many project management projects, but only Asana is properly compliant in regards to usability for our vision impaired team members. Where other organisations just ignore you, Asana has gone above and beyond. When there was a small issue with proper labeling of a button, this was treated with priiority and promptly resolved. Furthermore, Asana supports our nonprofit with a generous discount

Cons

I love it throughout! I seriously cannot think of anything negative... except maybe that they charge for AI as an add-on, which feels a bit dated.

### "Asana is great IF you're a smaller enterprise who's looking to go fast!"

January 3, 2026

3.0

For the organisations I have worked within I have always recommended within smaller organisations and enterprises to get projects started faster as onboarding is relatively easy and the customer support is exceptional in the initial stages with both technical and non technical queries but I have felt that it's not quite ready to take on the workload of larger enterprises.

Pros

I think with it has a good user experience and makes it quite easy to use. The features are helpful and powerful for some very certain tasks. Relatively speaking it is quite well priced and the prices are effectively tiered

Cons

I feel with some of there features don't go the extra mile and thus I find that it's an ideal software for a certain type of organisation or a certain size. It will work really well for small and medium organisations but for larger enterprises the product may not be entirely suitable.

Price was a big factor but also because we found the user experience for Jira a bit outdated and not the best for smaller organisations.

### "Powerful task management, but pricing is steep"

April 18, 2026

4.0

is a solid project management tool with standout features, particularly for teams working on interconnected projects. However, the cost might be prohibitive for smaller teams or those with tight budgets.

Pros

's task dependency feature is genuinely excellent. It lets us visualize complex project workflows and understand exactly how one task impacts another. This alone has improved our project planning and helped us catch potential bottlenecks early.

Cons

The pricing is significantly higher than competitors like Monday.com for comparable functionality. Additionally, the lack of native email integration is frustrating, we'd love to send tasks or updates directly from without leaving the platform.

Switched from

[monday CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/245800/Monday-CRM/)

Ultimately, we moved to Monday.com because of the cost difference and Monday's built-in CRM capabilities. For teams juggling both project management and client/deal tracking, Monday offered better value and integrated functionality without the premium price tag.

### "The best objective/task planning service"

April 24, 2026

5.0

is our favourite project planning tool and has helped us to continually achieve certification for ISO 9001:2015.

Pros

We had tested a number of different project management tools, settling on two years ago for our continuous improvement team projects. Asana stood out from the rest by offering task tracking up to objective/strategy level, allowing us to link projects back to business objectives to follow their progress. Asana offers an easy-to-use desktop app, with customisable dashboards to track objectives, progress and approvals. Considering the impact to our business and organisation of tasks, Asana is extremely well priced.

Cons

The tool can be overwhelming once you start linking projects and objectives together, but it is easy to tweak these once created.

### "Great project and task managing app!"

November 15, 2025

5.0

Great overall! I love the features and ease of use. The ability to set due dates and notifications has been a game changer for me. I am incredibly challenged with organization and this is the only app that works!

Pros

is very easy to use, allows for color coding of projects, allows you to set due days/notifications, assign tasks to team members, and create sub tasks within tasks and projects.

Cons

The biggest con of is on the mobile app- it is next to impossible to set up your projects and tasks on your dashboard in order of priority so many tasks from different projects show up and not in a specific priority order.

### "Great for Team Collaboration, Takes Time to Master"

March 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. It is a reliable and efficient tool for managing tasks and projects, especially in team environments. Once you get used to the interface, it significantly improves productivity and organization. In terms of ease of use, it starts off slightly complex but becomes intuitive over time. Customer support is helpful, and the platform offers good value for money if you actively use its features.

Pros

What I liked most about is its strong task tracking capabilities and flexibility. It makes it easy to organize projects, assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress in real time. The interface is clean and visually appealing, and features like timelines, boards, and lists allow you to manage work in different ways depending on your preference. Collaboration is also very smooth, especially for teams.

Cons

What I liked least about is that it can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users. There are many features, and it takes some time to fully understand how everything works. Also, some advanced features are only available in paid plans, which may not feel like the best value for smaller teams or individual users.

### "Useful tool when restraint is shown"

January 7, 2026

3.0

has been useful in our office to keep team members on task and on deadline. Our staff has embraced it and benefitted from having an easily accessible collection point for assets, feedback and conversations.

Pros

provides a useful system of check and balances to track projects from start to finish. Deadlines are easy to set and there is amply fields to include details, updates, conversations and more.

Cons

Tasks, subtasks and subtask subtasks can quickly make a project overly complex. When that happens it is easy to get lost within a project, particularly when you have assignments in multiple, similar projects. will help your be organized, but you need to be organized to use Asana well.

### "Intuitive and efficient project management platform"

December 21, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been excellent. The platform is reliable and scalable, and it significantly improves our team's collaboration and transparency. It has become an essential tool for managing projects and tasks in our organization.

Pros

provides an intuitive interface for tracking projects and tasks. Its boards, lists, and timelines make it easy to organize work and collaborate across teams. The tool integrates with many other services and has powerful automation features that help streamline our processes. For an IT manager overseeing offshore hiring projects, Asana keeps everyone aligned and productive.

Cons

The main drawback is that can feel overwhelming for new users due to the number of features and options. Some advanced functionalities require paid tiers, and managing very large projects can get complicated. However, once team members are onboarded, these issues diminish.

Pros

### "improved organization and communication "

November 13, 2025

5.0

Overall, has significantly improved organization and communication within our team. It helps everyone stay accountable and aware of priorities, deadlines, and dependencies. The interface is user-friendly, and features like automated workflows and visual timelines make managing complex projects much simpler. While it’s not perfect — particularly in pricing and multi-assignee flexibility — it’s a powerful, reliable platform that keeps our work structured and transparent.

Pros

excels in flexibility — you can view projects as lists, boards, timelines, or calendars depending on your preference. It’s easy to assign tasks, set priorities, and visualize progress. The automations and integrations reduce manual effort, and the overall interface makes collaboration smooth and efficient. It’s especially strong for teams juggling multiple projects or working remotely.

Cons

Tasks can only be assigned to one user, which can be limiting for collaborative work. The pricing tiers can also get expensive as your team grows, and some advanced features (like time tracking or more detailed reporting) require third-party integrations. Occasionally, new users find the many features a bit overwhelming at first.

### "My go-to tool for projects"

July 30, 2025

5.0

Pros

I like ’s user-friendly interface and seamless integration with other tools like Slack and Outlook. One unique feature is how it handles portfolios, projects, tasks, and subtasks. This is achieved through its graphical presentation and multihoming capabilities, which is particularly useful for large teams. If you’re coming from an Excel spreadsheet background, this feature will be a game-changer. We use Asana for various purposes, including work planning, vendor management, and general project management. I took a deep dive into the software about a year ago and recently became an Asana ambassador!

Cons

The only downside I’ve found is that the more advanced features can take some time to fully understand and utilise effectively.

### "Asana: Great tool for work management, some assembly required. "

July 21, 2025

5.0

is a really great tool for project management, offering easy (but robust) task tracking and collaboration. It does require some initial work to get work flows and projects set up effectively, but has tons of flexible options to help out. Recent updates have made navigation and set up easier which is a big plus for beginners.

Pros

I really appreciate the ample ways that helps us collaborate on work. It also helps us keeps things organized between the various teams and areas of work which helps everyone focus on what is in their work-stream.

Cons

Probably mostly and operator-error, but if things are not set up cleanly and organized in the beginning it becomes very cumbersome to try to shift a project around to organize it.

### "The platform that was the organisational backbone of my department!"

November 5, 2025

5.0

is an excellent tool and the one my whole team worked from, acting as a central project management tool. Asana provides a great return of investment as it is good value for money and the customer support and account management support we received were first rate.

Pros

was our go to tool for project tracking and programme management. Asana combined many customisable, ease of use features, such as dragging and dropping various project attributes, that allowed me to manage my department and their projects and tasks tracking progress regularly.

Cons

It is not something that I disliked about the , but it is important to cite that Asana is not a replacement for Microsoft Project as a detailed project management tool, but has its own GUI based features which make it ideal for fast pace environments.
